So i was watching MadRiver outfitters and Kelly Galloup fishing for redfish and they kept saying to keep the rod tip in the water while stripping and whenever you are fighting a big fish to never bring the rod tip above your head.... Your opinion on that?
What's the spike things around the bow of the boat? That like a bow rail for feet or something to discourage someone from falling off because they're death spikes?
They are made of rubber used for keeping the fly lie on the boat and untangled just like a striping basket
