  • You know what we don’t often hear an SLP say? “I love love LOVE documentation!”
I’m sure the first thing most SLPs think about when they envision their career is how they’ll actually help patients or clients.
    The work makes an impact.
    But we can’t escape documentation.
Not just to keep ourselves updated on progress and goals, but to help communicate important information and goals to other SLPs and to legally cover ourselves.
Documentation protects both our patients and ourselves- so what exactly do we need to document as a medical SLP, and why?
    Watch and Enjoy!
