Ladies, I’m trying something new, and I’m so excited!
For years now I have been running challenges to help as many ladies like me as I can. To take our health, fitness and vitality into our own hands!
I have received 1000’s of comments asking me to make a version that is even easier to follow that has no ads and amazing recipes and workout videos combined.
I hear you ladies, technology isn't really what I’m best at… but I have made it my priority this year to make something new for us all!
Introducing, our brand new 14 Day New You Challenge! It is on a specialised platform I have created that has everything we need to succeed this year. This is a paid course because a lot of hard work and expertise has gone into making it (I know you understand better than anyone, that good things take time.) I will be keeping all of my free challenges I have made over the years on RUclips. You are welcome to do them and infact I encourage you to please do them!

Looking forward to the challenge. I haven’t exercised for about 8 months. I got covid in July and haven’t been able to get back to exercising. Before this I had exercised with you for over a year.
I've been doing quite a few of your older workout videos, and my husband has even joined to do them with me. We have been doing some of the arm workouts, and my husband has been feeling the burn and you have turned his arms into noodles LOL We both enjoy getting in a good workout that is also fun! Not sure how many other husbands are joining in, but my husband likes the videos I have been doing so far. So your videos aren't just for women, even some fabulous 57 year old males are joining in too! Looking forward to doing the RUclips version of this new 14 day challenge.

Schellea I’m sold on you and your videos. I’m super excited to do this challenge and very excited about the eating plan to go with the workouts. I found your website in the fall of 2020 when I was trying to lose weight and get healthy (at age 64). After 15 months of diet and exercise, I lost 145 pounds. I then got my husband to start exercising with me. I've maintained my new weight (135 pounds) for another 15 months, and my husband has lost 25 pounds. He laughed at your video today that called him a goddess! Every time someone asks me how I got fit, I recommend your videos. I hope you keep making them, even when you are in your Sensational Sixties!

Hi Schellea! I've loved your past challenges and I'm looking forward to this new one! I was recently diagnosed with Osteoporosis and have been researching about how exercises are so important, and how to know if different ones are safe or unsafe. Can you talk about that possibly? A few years ago, I used your workouts every day before work and eventually lost 30#! I am grateful you are here for us, and so I thank you, and I'm excited to enjoy this new challenge and workout with you! If you have any thoughts/comments about Osteoporosis I'd love to hear about them, but if you don't comment back, then I'll assume you don't want to get into medical issues. And that's Ok too, I will understand! Hello from the U.S.A. in the Midwest state of Iowa, where the corn grows tall, the soil is fertile, and we have a safe, and conservative lifestyle with a wonderful environment to enjoy! Hi Julia, I noticed your post, and would like to suggest you talking with a physical therapist. Everyone is different, and they are particularly qualified for advising you what is best for you. After a recent hip replacement, I started doing PT, and I now feel confident to do these exercises with modification when needed. I am glad I came across these videos, they are fun and good for us.
Shelly trued to get the challenge but couldn’t get it to work but did a 10 miniute stretch and trued the 30 miniute shout loved it nit to hard loved it really felt goid dud a post wrk out afterwards great hope I can get the challenge as want to star5 it as hve done al, yr challenges fine it’s good to monos what yr doing .

Id love to start the challenge, I'm 73 and haven't done any exercise for a couple of months due to a knee injury but can't wait to start a fresh.
I just started the challenge, only 3 days completed and I already feel less pain and stiffness when I get out of bed. I’m 76 yrs young and love it already. I have always walked on average 4 miles a day but I needed more.
I just completed the free 14 day challenge and I feel great. Where to next? I will do the challenge again because I like
that the line up of classes is laid out for me. Thank you For making this available, I think I’ve lost 10 years of stiffness.
