chad is such an underrated drummer... unreal
He was nailing everything! The ride was flying everywhere, and one of the best snare sounds you’ll ever hear from a live kit…insane the drums sound so good from a festival recording.

Nothing represents my young adulthood than Woodstock 94. When I'm on my last legs at age 90 or something and someone asks me what the world was like when i was 20 I'd show them this.

It’s sad the original lineup of Live broke up and clearly seem to have no intention to ever reform and tour again. They kick ass. Ed Kowalcyzk’s signing voice is fucking gold

Such an incredible band from that time, each member is a great player and Ed's got an insane vocal range. I really wish they'd reunite, this performance is fantastic. I love Chad Gracey on drums, the guy is sincerely underrated. One my favorite drummers of the 90s easily.

I was in betweeen my freshman and sophomore year in the August of 1994 when I went to Woodstock with two of my buddies (born in Sep of 1978). Back then I was terriefied I was gonna get kicked out of my preppy New England boarding school for leaving during the soccer pre-season for a made-up reason if I got caught for being at Woodstock, but today I wouldn;t care if it happenned, it would be worth it. This is what I tell all the people younger than myself who missed the 90s - I reallly wish you were there because something like that will never happen again. At least we got the music and these videos to remind ourselves and attract new fans like you. Keep on rocking brother!

One of my favorite performances from the festival. I love how they reaaranged the intro, the crowds enthusiasm during the breakdown, and the energetic ending. The overhead camera shot where you see the mud people dancing is one of my favorite crowd shots and sums up the joy of the time period. Freedom. Again, EXCELLENT quality!

I remember these times.. Never thought that things would get so bad as they are now... 90's were so much fun, but we are paying for them now! It was still America then! Now I hardly can recognize the place it's a tragedy!

I really love the whole album Throwing Copper. I live in the U.K. and I was given a single lone (without a case) copy of Throwing Copper by a really drunk guy in a bar on New Years Eve 2004. It was a genuine copy, just no case with it. I was 14 years old and with my family at a new years do in the pub. I need to listen to more of their stuff. But I still love that album. I got talking to this guy about REM; I was just a kid at the time. But he stumbled back in with this CD and said “here man have this”.
