    Time table Maine Aaj se hi banana chhod Diya kyunki mere time table daily hi change ho jaate the but aaj se target per padhaai start kar diya hai. Thankyou so much bhai..

    Best strategy yeh ho sakta hai ki aap target banao ki aaj mujhe 3 ghanta minimum padhna hai daily.
    1) agar aap us din highly motivated ho then 7-10 hrs easily padh loge, aur self confidence bhi badhega.
    2) agar aap us din low feel kar rahe ho then try karo 3 hrs ka target complete karne ka usse aapko again self confidence badhega, phir aapki jindagi se depression anxiety sab khatam ho jaaega. Benefit iss se yeh hoga aap
    Consistent rahoge.

    Agar hum us target ko sir 7_8 hours may pura kar lay to tab sahi to h ya to nhi ki 14-15 hours study karni h chaya target 7-8 hours may pura ho jay
