Just discovered you on youtube. Had no idea u had demos and how to’s!! I have been viewing one after another and, WOW. So informative. I too need to see in order to understand. So, a huge thank you fir doing this. Don’t stop as these are so helpful. Especially for those of us who may not have vendors who have much if any Kimberbell. I am excited to try the bag in the hoop. Looks very doable. I love in the hoop projects too. 8/23/2019
Can you line these bags with a layer of plastic & fabric to make it a bit more leak proof? If so, what plastic/textile would you use? Would you bond those layers together before taping to the backside? How would you do that...depending on the textile? Or would machine basting or a little bit of quilting be the best? Hope this all makes sense!
You can buy a product called odicoat. It can be applied to fabrics to make them after proof. You can buy it on Amazon. There also is a fabric called PUL fabric that is used for diaper covers or flags that go outdoors. It,ales a great waterproof lining. There is also a Pelion , iron on vinyl that can be ironed onto any fabric or even candy bags to make pouches. Hope this helps!
I have made about 5 of these. I must be doing something wrong. It's more difficult for me. You make it look easy. I think part Is the problem is my batting. I am using warm and natural. What do you use if I may ask? Thank you for this video. I needed it. Coral Cannon

Great question! The most important thing is to use a thin loft batting. We use Air-Loft batting when we make our zipper pouches.
I definitely need some of these!! I think I'd use them for small knitting projects like socks. Thank you
I have the pattern, but totally enjoyed your RUclips!!
Love these bags!! This video helped. :-)
What hoop sizes can we do this bag in?
The Jeanette Zipper Pouch comes in 4 sizes: Small (5x7 hoop), Medium (6x10 hoop), Large (7x12 hoop), and Jumbo (9x14 hoop)
