Two questions Pankajji. Don't we have to cool it before storing? Does it remain coarse even on proper grinding? I have anyway left it a bit coarse otherwise the mixiewas heating up.

Mera mom ka special.. just three ingredients for garam masala in veg and non veg curry Which is sprinkled when everything is cooked with Powder of cinnamon cardamom and clove and boiled once only She Begins with hot mustard oil than bay leaf, ginger garlic onions powder zeera and haldi fry than meat potatoes than onion Puree Cook or pressure cook. At the end garam masala ... thats it. It's so fragrant and finger licking tasty. No tommato or dhaniya or sugar or any other ingredients but salt which is not as per taste but measurement. Yes.
We can also keep this whole masala in the freezer in an airtight container n then grind the cold masala which wont lose its flavour n aroma during grinding...
Dry ginger, pipli and alsi have a definite flavour that stands out. It is good to use a garam masala with these spices in the winters but avoid using these spices in the summers. Coriander adds a lot of flavour and some body too, to the garam masala.

Pankaj ji, I also make the same way minus coriander, but add dry ginger and plpli alsi. Please share that it's the correct way 🙏🙏
