Is it possible to improve something that it was already perfect? Yes, this yoga Nidra session is the proof. Congratulations, Ayla. I appreciate it greatly.
I love the women of Texas! 💗🙏 haha. I love hearing where everyone is from! And hope I can tour one day soon to meet you all and share this in person! 🩷
i have my 1st ever surgery tomorrow and i’m nervous! i’m so grateful for you in these moments. i know i’ll be sleeping soundly because of you, thank you ayla! 🙏💓 goodnight 💤
I had the most wonderful experience after this practice. Even if I dozed off a little during, towards the end you mention something about the heart and it literally felt like my heart opened, as I have been told to do so many times lately.... As a result I sensed how happiness, joy, peace and love is in there and was surfacing once I managed to let go of the stress, anxiety and other so called negative emotions usually covers it up. All the worry that normally makes my heart feel like it is shrinking and creates a tense feeling in my chest was gone. I slept like a baby afterward and woke up this morning feeling so much joy and contentment even though nothing in my life had changed ...
it fills my heart to hear hear an experience like yours. It instills my belief that this practice not only brings peace to the physical body, but to the energy of the heart and mind. Thank you for sharing your experience. I know it will help many others.🖤✨🫶
Your practices are keeping me afloat during existential crisis... thank you💯💥 I look forward to your second virtual nidra on the 9th of march, already got my ticket🤟👽❤
Thank you again! That was my best practice yet. Nothing profound, but I remained present in body and mind and feel at harmony and peace. ❤ From the cosmic classroom 😅

@@itsmejsf why did i think that. i feel like i’ve been calling you Jeff for like two years. haha. i am so sorry… Frederic is such a cool name too. Forgive me please. 🙏😂🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤
@@AylaNovaNidra 😂 no offence taken! 😂 probably bc of the jump street “it’s me Jeff” meme. Or maybe I look like a Jeff HAAHA. Either way, I find it funny more than anything
I just finished heal your body and mind heal your heart this morning so Ill be doing this either this afternoon or tomorrow thank you Alya Nova I am now incorporating yin yoga before practice its definitely amazing and feel I can go deeper much love 🥰 you are loved just the way you are ❤❤❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏🙏
You are absolutely right which is why it is incorporated before the yoga nidra practice. 🥰 As mentioned, “The practice of Yoga Nidra Begins Now” is the cue to when the practice starts. 🖤 I will mention, Andrew Huberman did not invent the physiological sigh. We do this naturally in our sleep. 🙏✨ Some like to do stretching, breath work, tension and release before starting the practice. I enjoy the physiological sigh as it is a simple breathing exercise you can add at any point in your day when you feel anxious. Which is the main intention for this session. Rest well. Be well. 🖤✨
And...? It relaxes folks, and gets the job done, so that's all that matters. If you require strictly by the book Yoga Nidra, we have a world of information surplus at our finger tips, maybe try the next video down.
I think its beautiful I really enjoy the physiological sigh before the yoga nidra began it helps me relax thank you Alya Nova you are doing an amazing service for the world and so so many appreciate your support and practice thank you ❤❤❤❤❤ so so much xxxxxooo ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you so much for this and all of your other wonderful videos. They help me SO much, especially the ones, like this one, that have the contrasting experiences as part of the practice. Is there some way I can find which other ones use this technique? Thank you again.❤
