Wolverine I don't believe it ever phot with Bruce Wayne Batman. But wolverine fuck Batman an album comics and even combine to become it's called dark claw
Hahahaha those probably-steel doors looked to be about 8 inches thick and yet....one small slide lock that you'd put on a cupboard. This show was so epic but there were some hilarious moments
+Muna , so true!
Also there's an error at 0:34 , wolverine is supposed to LOCK THE DOOR FIRST, then gambit bangs. If gambit bangs it would open the door, it wasn't locked until AFTER the bangs. And Gambit is a pretty strong guy.
Well, if you study physics, you'd learn that this little "slide lock that you put on a cupboard" can create a lot of hardship for opening those doors. And that with good, well-oiled, hinges those 8-inch thick doors swing surprisingly smoothly after a little initial force application. In particular if you push from the end (leverage/momentum).
Ori Klein How does studying Physics help understand how a cartoon door works?
No lectures, no telling us off! Just good story, interesting characters and grear action. Way better than anything put out today.
This was by far the best episode of the series.
i'll forever love this scene til the day i DIE! the word bad@$$ was invented after this scene especially from Logan n Gambit. they didnt always get along, but they had each others' back in life or death moments like this.
"I DO NOT FEAR." 5 seconds later, fears. Lmao
Wolverine and Gambit in that corridor is PEAK MARVEL.
I remembered this scene since I was a child, very well done. More than any other I would love to see this done in live action.
It would be cool to finally see a movie where the X-Men are all together in one place to fight an enemy.
We definitely need more accurate sentinels at some point. They better not get rid of them in one movie. Hope they make at least a few appearances.
Love, love, love LOVE when WOLVERINE'S claws unsheath! i get so hyped, am i the only one? plus from 0:24 onwards, Wolverine goes straight Superman/Neo boss mode bruh!
In Xmen days of future past they made the sentinels seem un-beatable😂
Those sentinels had mutant DNA spliced into them, namely Mystique's which allowed them to adapt to whatever combat challenges they faced, which had mixed amounts of logic behind it considering that Mystique's powers had never actually allowed her to do stuff like that, morph would have made more sense to be used there but alas, plot holes... In any case humanity ended up being neatly screwed over in that dark future too so they got what they deserved for trying to condemn people for being different.

Damn! They often gave us nice shots of Rogue in this show didn't they?
Magneto dominating as always! Love it!
The only time in this whole series where Wolverine finally becomes violent and not just trash talking then gets knocked the hell out.
Well there were other times as well like *INTO TYE THE PAST!* 2 arc ep series.
They let WOLVERINE REALLY cut loose
Part of the reason is because the show is pg and his main offensive ability is for drawing blood and killing
Unfortunately "Beast" has a mode that is always underpowered.
@@Deciheximal dude ikr??
But they basically use his mind so it balances out
Wolverine:i smell sentinels!
I remember watching this episode.. it came on like 8pm prime time slot.. beautiful😢
The most comic accurate depiction of the X-Men ever put on celluloid. Apart from *"Days Of Future Past"* (the best X-Men film) these are way better than the other films.
I mean definitely true of the time, but looking at it from the information we have about mutants nowadays, claims like "mutants are humans" are just factually incorrect, mutants are just a different species
@@apersonwhomayormaynotexist9868 I think that was Fox trying to ruin the brand before it got swallowed by the Disney machine. Remember the Inhumans debacle?
Jean was so useless in this series, i still remember how Storm and Rogue would always save her ass, not to mention the guys...
To be fair she was originally written as a damsel
Until she became the unstoppable Dark Phoenix. Even Rogue couldn't drain her powers.
Wolverine and Gambit remind me of goku and vegeta lmaoooo some how.
There the best xmen duo
That mastermold scene gets me hyped every time.
Yeah the master mode look it's based on Jack Kirby's original design everything else is just a f****** cartoon
I always see Magneto saving Rogue as a nod to their relationship earlier in the comics.
don't you mean LATER in the comics? they were never together prior; although, wasn't Rogue evil @ one point with mystique and Magneto's Brotherhood of Mutants early on?
Back in the 90's they were briefly a thing when Rogue landed in the Savage lands and he gave her a giftt of touch for a while. Also they were married in Age of Apocalypse.
yeah on wolverine and the xmen she joined the brotherhood
A simple save is a nod to that??? Talk about desperate... and the two never had a "thing" in the Savage lands, Claremont himself said that the last thing he was going for was romance, not enough time passed for that and mag nearly forced himself on her and only stopped when someone came into the room. AoA was mag marring a child...
"Did you think that I would let you die alone, Xavier?" Gets me every time.
0:25!!! GAMBIT: You afraid of the dark?
WOLVERINE: I smell Sentinels!
Get out of here Cajun!
@@TravonJamelGreen then MATRIX TIME.
"wolverine!" (Wolverine locks the door and go after the sentinels)
@@TravonJamelGreen epic fight scene!!! Wolverine lets loose against the Sentinels and then gets blasted as Gambit threw a kinetic card at the door and it blew open! WOLVERINE: I’m not finished yet!
(Gambit throws the kinetic card at the sentinel)
Early series sentinel: Takes 20 hits to take down. Late series sentinel: One small hit each, and each breaks another falling over.
Yeah in the first episode, the lone sentinel that went after Jubilee kept tanking hits until it eventually got destroyed by Cyclops. My guess is that since there are thousands of them and that they usually fight in groups, the writers made them more fragile.
@.13 the bromance btwn Erik n Xavier is real as he saves him from crashing! love that these 2 will always be the same coin just different sides!
The only other time I seen Wolverine go into "Bezerker" mode is the Mojo world episode when he fought Gladiator & The Punisher.
K, dont forget he really went berserk in Season 3 1st episode when he fought Yuriko & the Reavers. Logan was cutting off arms and really goin full ninja on those psychos!!!
And the War Room simulation during Scott and Jean's wedding...he bodied a cyclops version of a sentinel
@@superfreak19770331 oh yeh lol
2:26 *_CRAP_*
😂🤣😂
Just amazing and the message it gives. "The brave are always the first to die"...
Man gambit booted that door open to join the smoke! 😂😂
Don't mess with the XMEN
Gambit said that earlier in episode 1 season 1
It's just like Master Yoda said to Anikin Skywalker. Fear is the path to the Dark Side. Fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, hate leads to suffering. Trask gave into his fear of mutants, which filled him with anger which lead him to his hatred, which lead to the creation of the Sentinels, and they are going to make everyone suffer.
"Is there anything propane can't do?"
-Hank Hill
My favorite episode!
That X-Men TAS "Battle Music" is *EPIC!*
( *ALL* of X-Men TheAnimatedSeries *IS* Awesome!)
The way Jean just drop Kelly for no reason 😂
One of the things I liked about the Sentinels was how they could fire laser beams from their hands.
Like Cyclops
@@leonardobraynen1524 more like Havok
What a great cartoon. They don't make them like they used too. The realistic storylines and emotions of the characters. Great stuff.
And now we finally get the sequel
@@22espec Clue me in. They doing a reboot? Will it be a cheesy kids one or for adults? I'm old now so I'm not going to watch a toddler cartoon. If it's a Manga then I'll be interested.
@@paulstone3590 No, they are making the sequel, X-men 90 i thin i's called, the first episode would be a direct sequel of the finale. It has been announced since last year
@@22espec X-Men 97. Will be showing on Disney in 2023. The original cast will be back together again. What I just read. Should be interesting. I hope they give them creative freedom so the writers can create their vision. This shouldn't cost too much money so they should. Maybe next will be a revival of the Exo Squad. One of the best cartoons ever made. The 90s was the peak of this genre I believe. But currently amine on Netflix has been very good too
Great great
Masterpiece ever. Greatness
Sentenals and ultron would get along lol they have the same mission
Not quite. Ultron wanted the extinction of all organic life. The Sentinels seek to protect humans at the cost of their liberties...to say nothing of what they do with mutants.
These cartoons taught us lessons in morals as well as being entertaining.
Love how Magneto steps in to free Rogue…nice little nod to their relationship in the comics there
"that is not logical"
Hank Hill would be proud, propane destroying sentinels? Ahh the grand uses of propane 😂
The little door lock on the big doors. 😂😂😂
00:45 Wolverine is such a badass!
Aaaahhhh the memories
Wolverine is the GOAT!!
Charles and Magneto might agree to disagree but they will support and take care of each other when times call for it.
"I do not have to destroy because I do not fear." what a boss line 2:00
3:08 So awesome how that skunk haired Mississippi southern belle Rogue can take getting crushed between two mine carts by sentinels and be perfectly alright! I so love Rogue!
Yeah rogue is a awesome xmen character on their
AJ Miller yeah I love Rogue she's easily my favorite X-Men character & I grew up with this version of her so I love this version of Rogue the most!
Yeah me too and her xmen outfit is beautiful on her in this xmen show
AJ Miller I know I love her uniform in this show she looks so cute, beautiful & awesome in it & my favorite part of her uniform is the brown leather jacket I even bought a replica of it & wearing it right now!
oh cool I think it looks beautiful on u and a lot of people hated when rogue screams on the show when she is in pain
When I was a kid I thought Wolverine really just wanted all the fun for himself, but now that I'm grown up Wolverine really wanted to save Gambit's life. He even has a bright colored suit so to draw attention to himself so all the X-Men are safe.
As a kid I only saw Wolverine and Gambit as cool. As an adult I still do, but Cyclops is the shit.
X X-Men 97 let's go
One time I watched this show and my friend left and I didn't even know he was gone. My mum said I looked so invested in what was happening.
Gambit, master thief, stopped by the lock your grandpa had on his lawnmower shed.
That’s not logical. My favorite line
Trask, now that I think about looks like a scientist Walt Disney, The irony is astounding
That giant metal door had a small lock 😂
