Although WOlvie should have torn through the fingers and foot of that sentinel in 10 seconds flat and been done with it, this is stil one of the best giant boss battles ever. ITs super realistic in its movements and effects, and its grabs and reach are impressive. ITs not as slow as it seems either. Good stuff.
Although the one thing is, once that hands gone and it cant get at wolverine, its just too funny to watch lol.
This is one of the most criminally underrated games of all time. It deserves a complete remake.

60ft sentinel not bad master mold is 100 feet which is better fight

That goddamned sentinel made me rage quit so many times! The bit I always got stuck was the fall through the sky/ open chest armour!
Yeah I remember always getting stuck at that part. Despite mashing as fast as I could it was never enough.

Man, i love this game. I beat it 100500 times and upgraded Logan to the point when no one can even scratch his back. And even this boss fight doesn't do damage, that is how i upgraded him. I even have that save game file for PC version of the game, where i did that. No cheats were used, no hacking tools were used, just me playing this game a tons of times.
It’s crazy to think that wolverine’s muscles are so damn strong that he can lunge far with a 300lb body. He’s gotta be stronger than captain America right?
Not sure how strong he truly is, but according to Reed Richards if Wolvie didn't have superhuman strength he wouldn't be able to move at all because of the weight of the adamantium. Think about how much strength it would take to constantly carry a ton of weight, jump, run, fight, etc on a near daily basis. Just basic exercises alone can increase muscle size and strength. Add that with his healing factor and that means he's constantly building muscle and faster than the normal human. Imagine a bodybuilder using steroids. They recover faster from the steroids and build muscle faster because of the steroids and the muscle increase is simultaneously facilitated by the recovery speed. Logan's healing factor is the same thing just far far quicker and more effective.

This part of the game annoyed me so much. The debris comes at you so fast and you can barely see it. And if you don't attack at just the right time, it won't blow up. So annoying
Really wish sentinels were included full on earlier in the pre Disney xmen films...days of future past did them some justice, but man, seeing this in a movie would be EPIC..

Copyrights most likely. If the game was not using actors likenesses and was not made on license from the movie it'd be probably remade and still sold digitally.
Except Barakapool, if the movie followed this game, and specially this fight, I highly doubt it would be that bad. At the least we got a great Deadpool because of the movie, but it would have been great to watch something like this as a live action.

Barakapool was going to become the normal Deadpool, since in the after credits scene they showed him still alive with his mouth free to move.
It might have become an interesting concept if the general audience gave him a chance
@@tNigel It was incredibly ridiculous and he would never become the real Deadpool because he had absolutely nothing to do with the original. Imagine the convolution to get around being basically a cyborg, having adamantium - and SWORDS - on his bones and shooting lasers. Better make an actual faithful Deadpool like they did, and it's a blast. Fox made money, we are happy, Reynolds better than ever, everybody wins.

He was a some kind of cyborg, but it was mostly just the mind-control-eye-camera thing.
Barakapool did have something the original Deadpool had = teleportation. If I'm not mistaken, in canon Deadpool just lost it because at his own words "made things too easy".
See it how you want, but they could have went around those issues and made him the same as the new one. He was played by the same actor, and his personality was of the wise-ass buffoon that never shuts up
@@tNigel He underwent the same procedure as Logan, he had the skeleton fused with Adamantium, that's how he got those ridiculous blades coming out of his wrists. He had his head sliced off because Wolverine, with his claws of the same material, but heated up, cut his head. He was a cyborg with lasers, that's enough to deviate completely from Deadpool's original story, and it's absolutely important to the character Wilson would become, they butchered a lot a character I think they imagined nobody cared. Yeah, he originally had teleportation, but it was because of his belt, not one of many powers he was manufactured to have. I don't see how could be good to go around all of this bullshit to deliver a faithful character, instead of doing what they did, scrapping everything and getting things real. Deadpool isn't just a wise-ass buffoon that never shuts up, he does have a lot of things that make him what it is, and they took a huge dump over it. Imagine him going against Logan and either being that idiotic version but talking, or idk, remaking everything just to fix the backlash. Besides, that movie was off the timeline anyway.

This fight was pretty good, I just replayed the game yesterday. The only issue I have with this level, is how ridiculously you have to mash the “grab” button to defeat the sentinel, so annoying…

I’ve never even played the game, but it’s pretty clear and easy to pick up on the pattern. As soon as you hear an explosion, move to other side!!

I remember as a kid Watching the Original X-Men animated show in the 90's. The Sentinels scare the crap out of me when was a Kid! I wish the movie, "Day's of Futures Past" made them Bigger like this game did here!
Why? The Sentinels in DOFP were far superior to the ones in the cartoon. They had better verisimilitude and were actually intimidating.

Certain old gen games need to be preserved and remain available to play on all platforms. This game is one of them. I don't think the new and forthcoming generations will understand just how good this game was and it's sad a lot of ppl are and will be missing out on this.
