Stayed in Phu Quoc just before Covid in a fabulous resort literally right on the beach in a villa with a private pool after traveling from North to South in Vietnam and Cambodia it was the perfect end to a fantastic adventure. Unfortunately Covid hit hard within 2 to 3 weeks after that. Amazing place and would love to go back.
I was the same, around February 2020, all international flights were closing, so had to rebook my flights back to melbourne or be stranded for who knows how long!!
I have to tell you guys....... the favourite food for Geckos is..........MOSQUITOES !!! So its a good idea to let them roam in your room all night feasting on those hated insects. Theyre totally harmless anyway. BTW...FANTASTIC hotel for $83/night !!! Keep well .....great show
Hopefully you guys are going to United Centre , Grand World & Vinwonders really awsome & magical show they put on after the park closes every night at vinwonders , they also do a show every night at United Centre with dancers & lazers on the water ( canal ) you guys would Love it for sure & defineatley hit up Sao Beach one of the most beautiful beachs on Phu Quoc in my opinion ❤

Was in Navy in southeast Asia and seen many Gecko lizards. Could hear them running around hotel room walls eating bugs.
