A lot of kids who are aspiring won't reach their goals but the one thing they do keep are the discipline and consistency of how they lived in this dorm. The cleaning, the schedule, the routine and the hard work becomes habit and has a lasting positive effect in their life.

As a Englishman that watches the Premier League and Laliga, and the Champions and Europa League, seeing the discipline that the Japanese football hierarchy enforces is the reason why I see a lot of Japanese footballers excelling in Europe, as well as in Asia. Props to them! I hope to visit Japan someday!

Considering that our current Golden Generation members are ageing (though still formidable enough to play for a few other tournaments) and we are struggling to find successors, the mismanagement within our federation is our greatest tragedy. Just wish we could have been as professional as we used to be.

I am from Sweden, but lived in Australia in three years so I have been familiar with Asian football for a part. I am impressed to see how Japan has been able to transform from their amateurish root into now so competitive and professional, akin like what I have seen in Germany.

In recent years japan has been fixated on winning the world cup and they have invested a ton of money in their youth, creating the best of the best academies with players handpicked from the strongest schools in all different prefectures, in a decade we won't just have Shota Ohtani for baseball we will have our own Messi/Ronaldo in football.

There are 60 teams in the J-League, so it looks like there are 60 youth teams including this Gamba Osaka. Each of them is nurturing their own. Of course, it would be the same in other countries. Thank you for the valuable video.

@@Lightningmaster-pt5ce it is definitly the best in the world, their school sports club system is really good, the best in the world, because it gets students to participate in these parts where otherwise if they had to go out their way to do them outside of school they woudlve probably never done it, the school gives them the opportunity to partake in a sport and their percentage of discovering talents is really high becuase there is a higher density of people participating in these sports at the lower levels. In recent years japan has been fixated on winning the world cup and they have invested a ton of money in their youth, creating the best of the best academies with players handpicked from the strongest schools in all different prefectures, in a decade we won't just have Shota Ohtani for baseball we will have our own Messi/Ronaldo in football.
@@und3rcut535 Natural talent is undeniabile in those kids. But hard work and discipline also get you very far. Look how far Japan football has progressed during the last 20 years.
@@KilluaWu Absolutely. Must also add that Japan has the money and infrastructure to organise thse youth championship. Every high school in Japan has a football field of very high quality to begin with. Can’t say the same for many other countries.

大学経由でガンバ以外のチームに進む子もいるから1,2人って事はないんじゃないかな。世代にもよるけど。

@@ようつべ万歳 そんな感じ。だけど部活一本の野球とは育成システムがちょっと違ってて、サッカーの育成はユースと部活の両輪。ユースってのは阪神とかソフトバンクみたいなプロチームが将来戦力になりそうな逸材を高校生のうちに囲い込んで自分のところで育ててるみたいな感じ。
サッカーにも強豪校はあるし甲子園みたいな全国大会もある(野球も強いとこだと神村学園とか履正社とか)。でもそういう強豪校よりさらにレベル高いのがユースで、セレクションっていう厳しい入団テストに合格した人しか入れない。だからU-17日本代表とかはユース勢が9割占めてて、部活生は1割くらい。
もっとも成長スピードは人それぞれだから、伊東純也みたいにユースのセレクション落ちて部活でやって今日本代表みたいな遅咲きパターンもあるけど、現段階で高校生年代のトップはユースの子たち。
挨拶しっかりしてるの見ると感動するし、靴下忘れてダルくなってるの面白いし😂
山城高校の加藤豪宏さん、寮監やってたんですね。知らなかったですし、ガンバで選手で活躍もされてたんですね。石塚啓次があん時は有名でしたが。

昔ガンバユースの親御さんに聞いたけど名門部活や街クラブよりずっと安いらしい。
経済的負担が少なくなるのでガンバに受かってくれてそれだけでもありがたいと言っておられました。
あと遠征や練習試合の父兄のお世話係もガンバは一切ないとのことでした。
親御さん想いのクラブです😅
idk if the boy at 13:15 will ever see this but he should try letting the chia seeds soak for a bit, either in water or maybe leaving it in the yogurt for a while will give it enough moisture. the seeds will absorb liquid and create a gel-like coating, which can be easier to digest. I'd just worry that dry chia seeds would absorb moisture from his esophagus/stomach and fill him up more than he expected.
