宇佐美は昌子に優しくしてくれたらしいな。米子北に誘われなかったら中卒で大工やってたかもしれないって本人も言ってた。
Watching this it now explains why Japanese football is so strong now and far ahead of everyone else in the AFC. All they are missing is that one superstar finisher and i think they will go far in the next world cup

As an Indonesian, now I realize that 4 - 0 last week came from deep root within the discipline culture of the academy and self awareness of the players who want to become better of themselves or great player in the future, assuming every Japanese academy doing mostly the same methods like Gamba Osaka, this should be an inspiration for Indonesia football association to build a proper youth football academy to develop some good domestic players
Preetttt.

There are 60 teams in the J-League, so it looks like there are 60 youth teams including this Gamba Osaka. Each of them is nurturing their own. Of course, it would be the same in other countries. Thank you for the valuable video.
Japan football youth system is probably one of the best in the world.
@@Lightningmaster-pt5ce tactics wise I can say Japan is u with the best but talent wise France and Spain are just on another level.
@@Lightningmaster-pt5ce it is definitly the best in the world, their school sports club system is really good, the best in the world, because it gets students to participate in these parts where otherwise if they had to go out their way to do them outside of school they woudlve probably never done it, the school gives them the opportunity to partake in a sport and their percentage of discovering talents is really high becuase there is a higher density of people participating in these sports at the lower levels. In recent years japan has been fixated on winning the world cup and they have invested a ton of money in their youth, creating the best of the best academies with players handpicked from the strongest schools in all different prefectures, in a decade we won't just have Shota Ohtani for baseball we will have our own Messi/Ronaldo in football.
@@und3rcut535 Natural talent is undeniabile in those kids. But hard work and discipline also get you very far. Look how far Japan football has progressed during the last 20 years.
@@KilluaWu Absolutely. Must also add that Japan has the money and infrastructure to organise thse youth championship. Every high school in Japan has a football field of very high quality to begin with. Can’t say the same for many other countries.

Respect at all levels seems a massive part of Japanese culture. Look at how Mitoma is successfully adapted to Brighton life.
