  • Get a few tips for helping with morning-time hand stiffness!
    Our hands tend to be most stiff in the mornings because our hands rest in a curled posture when relaxed, and we don't tend to do much finger movements overnight. These tips might help your hands get going in the morning!

    Thanks for the tips , recently started getting stuff hands in the morning and hoping it’s not the dreaded A 😩

    Thank alot for advice but what can the caus?
    I should mention I'm type 2 diabetic

      It is much more common in people with diabetes, or other conditions and diseases that cause more inflammation in the body. It is caused by repetitive movements or heavy gripping.
