    Hi Coach Kennie,
Well, I started to play badminton for fun actually but now I want to get serious about it for my own health. I guess this is my first step to improve my play(I usually does not warm up but thanks to this I can play the sport with less worry.), and also to strengthen my knees and arms. It's the only sport I can play and I want to get better on it. Thank you.

Dear Coach, I am a recent player in Badminton, just a beginner. due to corona I start work out from home and watching matches to improve my flexibility and skill. I usually warm-up before I play or in my work out but only 1 or 2 minutes maximum. from this moment I will give much importance to my warm-up before I start.
Thank you for your videos and I will find the time to watch your other classes to guide myself.

When i was in Ph, stretching and a few lunges were sufficient to warm up, but now in cold environments this should be prioritized regardless of your level. (Here in UAE, All of the courts are cold due to AC) After the lockdown here, me and my group went straight to the court and after a few weeks all of us had the same shoulder/rotator cuff injury, we can't even smash properly, lol. It lasted for 3 to 4 months, little did we know that the colder the environment is, the more warm up should be done prior to playing. Now, most of us recovered and made sure warm ups were done first by following your video instructions, we now know how to do it properly.
Thank you so much for this Coach Kennie! Last time i saw you was during UAAP (Rizal Mem. Stadium). I was even planning to have my training under ABC last 2015 but sadly it's a 3 1/2 hrs drive from my place. So seeing your videos here and adding it up to my current training made huge improvements.

My brother and I played against england that time. I played singles when i was younger up until the 90’s but focused more on mixed doubles eventually.
Pls make sure you warm up well before playing. I made a mistake before of just going in to play without warm up, my lower back was so painful in the middle of the game. I could hardly finish the game. I was just lucky it wasn’t a major injury.
