IS HAWAII CHEAPER ON WINTER SEASON? (KAUAI, HAWAII) FAMILY OF 10

We been wanting to explore KAUAI, HAWAII for the longest now. we went during winter season so this means a lot of rain but we still love the entire stay on the island, we will definitely be heading back during summer season just so we can do some adventures we couldn't do.
