Ill also just add that this is my first time playing Crisis Core and i love the combat and story so far. Everyone that played the PSP version seemed to hate the combat and dialogue so its nice to see this version get so much love.

@@nazarbaig8156 same, I love the fighting gameplay, but I definitely understand the dislike for the new voice acting. 99% of it is perfectly fine, but the new Zack voice is kinda throwing me off a bit. I feel like in the original he had more of a 20-something sounding voice, and now in the remaster it sounds like a angsty teenager. But it's not enough to affect my enjoyment :)
Right now, my first play through is on my own to just experience the joy of playing. I’ll definitely use this guide for my trophy run.
When you say "we're going to completely break the game", i assumed you meant you were going to get OP. I didn't realise you were going to break the cutscenes and the game audio! 🤣

@@Primalliquid92 one of my biggest reasons why I only listen to you is because a lot of the others just don’t know how to do commentary quite well and some don’t do commentary
One of the many things I love about this remaster is that the potions heal proportional to your max HP. So, you can fully heal yourself with a normal potion if you have a mastered Smart Consumer equipped along with the Heike Soul or a second Smart Consumer. Increasing it's effect by at least 6.5 times.
VA's aside, I can't help having a goofy, nostalgic smile while watching this game. Such a classic.
Answer to question 10:27 enjoy the most: fusing/lvl materia, Tackel Harder missions early (in guide you go over it but never showed you doing it)
Seeing you fuse OP materia is for sure the thing I am most excited for! Learning from you will help me in making my own Materia plans.

A Tip for Magic Pot Farming: Follow Primals' tutorial until your first battle after satisfying Magic Pot. You will always summon them at the start of the battle. To cheese this a little, do not kill any Tonbery's, instead run into a corner away from them and wait for Magic Pot. If you do not get a Lvl. 5 or the item you want (gold rolling pins) simply restart the battle (forfeit and try again). You will get Magic Pot at the start once again with different RNG. Repeat until you (at minimum) get 3 Gold Rolling Pins on the first summon. (Preferably you'd repeat until you get 5 gold rolling pins but RNG can be a ~&#!@). If you get 3 gold rolling pins i'd recommend waiting until the heightened DMW state has reduced to normal, as it's fairly common to get 2 summons one after the other. After you have the 3-5 gold rolling pins continue following Primals' tutorial.

@@Primalliquid92 no it just started happening. I’m older than you too so i’ve had a few times when I wasn’t drinking coffee for a few days and I didn’t sleep well lol but when I did drink coffee, I slept throughout the night I know it’s crazy

I recently played he psp version 100% so I was ready to do it here. Since your got an early copy and my ability to commit time to the game is very limited (especially due to renovation family all getting ill), I've found your guides saving me precious time and avoiding mistakes on the grind side of things. I did do ifrit early so I started over after chapter 3 but only lost a bit of time and also decided to try and do a cursed run where you stay cursed tje whole time and don't level up! Obviously I'll undo cursed for the achievements but saving myself the extra work by staying cursed for as long as I can.
So far I'm at chapter 3 I think? Just before going to lizards office to trigger the raid. I've done all missions except the 2 summons, 10-2-3 for tonberry and magic pot, and I think 2 6* missions which I've not tried yet as I thought they'd be too hard (doing hard mode) and wasn't first class yet so only 4 materia and only 2 accessories (though won't get 4 until a bit later).
Was wondering if and when I should gil farm though. If I don't need to I can stay cursed for as long as I want. If I do I need to do so before I met cissnei in sector 8 after the raid in the tower.

My switch copy went like this after I dashed into a cutscene prompt, like it glitches then the cuts energy audio went weird and super sped up.... was very strange. Had to reset to fix it but it wasn't that much to redo 😂
Make sure your settings are set so they don’t skip cause. I know there is a setting in there to skip certain scenes.

The one thing that’s hard about this when it comes to the game is where the potions are located. I don’t like that set up because I haven’t quite got the hang of which potion is which on that screen i’m in nibblehim and is as far as I’ve gotten so far
love this and I am on chapter 2 myself and have done some of the missions there so excited to see if It is possible to do more there than I have already done which is very probable lol as I am not that good
Yeah, I’m trying to find all the connections to the Different groups, fan clubs, I should say so that’s where you got the cursed ring. I guess I’m gonna have to go back to that and try that.

Fully agree. The stat buffs are way better for wutai. Two to three hit everyone and your done. Even more so if you throw in a good assault twist
I may be wrong. But it looks like you had advance text automatically enabled. On the lower right in the pause screen during a cs is the option to toggle it
I like how you literally broke the game before breaking the scaling
my biggest tip is to abuse the camera to avoid pointless fights when on missions, turn your camera to the walls and ride along the wall. it will block encounters from happening. helps save loads of time if you missed a chest

37:40- I actually found these chests in Reunion. I didn't realize those were the new additions.

Coffee doesn’t affect some of us older ones I can drink it all day and all night and sleep like a baby. In fact, I sleep better after drinking coffee.
Just finished my 100% playthrough it only took 52 hours and about 4 to 5 hours of that was just trying to get 100% DMW.

platinum isnt that difficult or time consuming if im honest, it should be pretty easy for most
Switch never has trophies. This often works to a game's benefit though. For me anyway

normal mode for speed, i will give tips for hard mode though. and being 100% has nothing to do with hard mode, hard has nothing exclusive in it

NG+ for hard mode, ill be doing normal at first for speed to get through it quicker to be more helpful to people, i will be giving advice for hard mode though as i go through

Bro I don't even know how. I just suck at the game lol. I have some op materia and I still keep dieing. I can't max my stats out with the farming because I can't beat the missions to get to those missions lol. I finally managed to get brutal but it barely made a difference. Still take me at least 15 attempts to beat some of the harder missions
