I bet he knows a few people who can benefit from this new “benevolent” idea. And the people he doesn’t know will be instructed to deposit donations to the mayors favorite cause causes and charities considering the companies will save money on fees that the mayor is getting rid of. It’s called pay to play and it’s an international ballgame for those with resources.
