My sales pitch would be its got normal toilet, small stove, exhaust hood with out make up air, the windows will bankrupt you in winter. Builder used a water proofing method that shall fail in 10 years. All jokes aside it’s amazing house

Appreciate the comment. Actually the sellers have have lived here year-round for decades. And not only did it not bankrupt them. The investment has performed quite well as you can imagine. And it’s an amazing price of land.

Agreed that it all depends on how well the project/property is thoughtfully developed

How has anyone lived here year round for decades if the structure was built in 2022?

@@EdBruehlHamptonsRealEstate it was definitely intended for flatter with the beat intentions. You're attention to detail was precise and sincere but not overbearing to where it seemed snobby. It was like watching a positive "Patrick Bateman" sell me a house. Keep doing what you do. And maybe make some side videos of your skin care routine too lol

Too funny. Thx for this. Sorry I didn’t see this. So grateful. Don’t know Patrick Bateman but will learn. Others keep walter white? And Ive never watched that show- should I? Thx for commenting. 🙂

The Hamptons are depressing 10 months out of the year. It’s pathetic and disgusting. Try going there today april 7, and see how cold and gloomy it is

Thanks for the comment… not going to totally disagree. We do have 5 tough cold months. But getting all four seasons and the great 7 months adds up. That said- 5 months we travel to warm-winter beaches think Miami “FL” or Mtn Ski getaways think Aspen. ✔️🙏🏻🚀

@@EdBruehlHamptonsRealEstateIf I win the Powerball....I'll take the gloomy! LOL I live in Syosset LI after 14 yrs. in NYC. LI is fine if you like living in a New Englandy
type place. I grew up here. If not, forget even the Hamptons and move to St. Barts! Or whatever. Jamaica.
