First you need to understand that this was ordered by Allah, if anything is ordered by him then we know that his way is right and justly even if we don’t understand why. We also need to clarify that this happened in a society that didn’t have a proper education system and that there was no such thing as a ‘teenager’ but rather just adults and children. Children didn’t go to school but were taught how to live among the desert and become mature. Once they reached puberty they became adults and were ready for the world in that sense (to get married). Also this was done 1400 years ago, you can’t compare a society then with a society now. Even 200 years ago, the age of consent was 7 in various places. And maybe 100 years from now the age of 16 will be too young for consent and it will end up being 20, who knows. So who is right in that sense? Prophet Muhammad was never an immoral person but Allah’s favourite creation.

You know, when the Muslims are asked where is Jesus(as) they would reply with high confidence that he's in the heavens(two thousand years). But when the story of the night journey is mentioned some of them( Muslims) would doubt it and have no confidence to convoy it to others. In their own society now days young girls as young as 12 get married in United States. Christians never have any problem with Mary(ra) being pregnant when she was 12 and being married to Joseph at the same age. Aisha(ra) was going to be married to another man before being married to the prophet(SAW) this shows that Aisha was already mature. When a Muslim speaker speaks about a subject concerning this matter he's speaking to the Muslims most of the time because it's the Muslims who are asking such questions. I reverted to Islam a while back and it burns me how some Muslims don't study their own religion.

Their judgement is based on our societal norms of today. Back then marrying that young was normal and no one had a problem with it. Even Prophet Muhammad's (Peace Be Upon Him) worst enemies did not use this against him as an insult because it was just a societal norm at the time. You can't apply societal norms of today to what was normal 1400 years ago. If for example you marry someone who is 19 years old today and 100 years from now the age of marriage changes to 25 for example, does that mean you are a pedo? No it doesn't because 19 was a valid and normal age of marriage today.

guys we must stay focused cause there were a lot of youtuber why tries to prove that islam is false stay strong brothers and inshallah we will prove them wrong.
They will never be able to as many have tried to disprove Islam throughout history and failed. Allah (SWT) also openly challenges them in the Quran if what they claim is true. So I personally wouldn't worry about them.
[17:88] Say, ‘Even if all mankind and jinn came together to produce something like this Quran, they could not produce anything like it, however much they helped each other.’

As a Muslim I find it hard to justify this marriage. I have already heard/read the justifications of it being common practise then, her reaching puberty, to spread Islam and ideal marriage examples through hadiths, her being his closest friend’s daughter etc. I’m not convinced because mentally she could not have been developed enough to comprehend it and accept it. Also if it was “normal” at that time, it isn’t something most people would do now but the actions of Prophet are supposed to be universal and for all-time. And this example does not make logical sense to happen.
it is logical brother. although some sources say its 19. But even if she was 9 when they were official, her personality was mature, she was already mature at that time as she is called (jariyah) in multiple hadiths which means that she has reached adulthood, she used to debate alot with the people who disrespect him, many signs indicated she was mature, and the reason why it is justified is because look how she turned out ya mashallah, one of the best women ever. I get what you mean brother, no one is going to be like Aisha especially at her young age, she was physically, emotionally, mentally, and biologically ready for marriage, hence why another man before the prophet asked for her marriage. you a Muslim not forced to justify something. Collect your information about Aisha and her engagement before the Prophet pbuh and the appearance of Gabriel to him, and how the environment and culture were at that time.

But even if there are rare cases of girls being physically ready for marriage at 9, he shouldn't have gone ahead with it cos he is an example for eternity. Because of this marriage, little girls in Yemen and other muslim countries have been dying for 100s of years from internal bleeding due to early marital sex with much older men.
@@purplestripes4076 you are being mistaken here, child marriages are wrong and they are condemned 100%, but if a girl who has hit puberty, ready intellectually, physically, mentally, emotionally, financially, then yes she was ready, and that was at the time of the prophet even after him. Their life expectancy was 30-35, so people used to marry younger so they pro create, or how else are they supposed to make other humans. The people of yemen are not doing it right, theyre marrying girls not by their choice, not ready for marriage, forced by parents, and that is condemned and its written clearly in the Quran. But it was a different case for the prophet so please be careful comparing two non identical situations.
@@Ammor723 Problem is, a girl hitting puberty is not sign of her maturity. That's only the start, not the end of reproductive maturation. Early marriages at the time also led to high mother and infant mortality, that's why people had so many kids too, cos so many died. Just cos something was being followed doesn't make it right. A prophet should know better than to just follow the practices of that time.
