(What is it with these shy guys??) Keegan's recommendations were a trove of tips again. Loved Jonathan's "true confessions." We learn so much from each other's epiphanies. Can we get this podcast in a chaptered, Kindle version? It reads like a great "How to Ride & How Not to Ride on Race Day" manual:)

I would love to hear some tips about improving your ability to read terrain at speed..25+ mph it gets blurry..how can we improve visibility
