Hey Bud, just found you today. I love one shot. You have some really nice equipment. I wish I could go back n buy better. Mostly lee setup but since started using Hornady and rcbs dies, my world got better. Also single stage lol. Live n learn. I've been very successful with 556 and 300 black out. 9mm is still giving me headaches. Crimp is the downfall. It just looks wrong. I believe I need nicer dies other than lee. I understand you can do it with them but I don't use them on ones I have had success with. You can get walnut husk n local pet section to save money. I use same tumbler and caliper you have. Probably not for you but I really like Frankfurt arsenal hand primer. I understand pistol caliber not necessary but I really like the feel seating them. Extremely well made. Thanks for all the advice and not being afraid to post your powder charge.
Respectfully, this really 'isn't', in ANY means a 'Full Detail Video'. Realistically, this is only a 'general', summary with zero details, no criteria pulled from reloading manuals, minimalist in explanations etc. To the new reloader, this is not that instructional video. To someone 'looking' at how reloading is accomplished withOUT data, manual references, specific reloading data, to do's and not to do's etc, THIS is that video. Glad it all works for you Sir.
Great vid. I've never used Titegroup before, but I just bought a 1 pounder because it was the cheaper than other powders at my LGS, plus I've heard great things about Titegroup. I do use the same Berry's 115g. How many grains Titegroup you using? Thanks!
You can go on their website for their “guidelines,” but I’ve been loading Berry’s & Ranier copper plated for over a decade and I just use load data for the equivalent weight FMJ projectile, but make sure to stay below 1250 fps, unless using the heavier-plated ones specifically designed to go up to 1500 fps. These velocity guidelines are actually on the plastic box the Berry’s comes in. Have fun & be safe.
Who uses vihtavuori n350 slow handgun powder ? 9mm reloading . 115 gr FMJ , 5.7 gr load , AOL 1.140 , PCC 16" barrel . what the velocity there no data out there .. i would guess about 1350 FPS
Rubbish it shows your lack of skill. In 46 years of pistol reloading for competition. I have NEVER had a SQUIB. Cut the crap znd just watch your reloading. Use a light over the cases to see the powder.
Stop calling a cartridge a bullet! A cracked case will NOT "blow your fingers off". 4.7 grains of tightgroup is super hot! Thats enough lube for 1,000 9X19 cases. The danger of lube is that it will de-activate primers.
You're absolutely right, ignorance breeds misinformation.
I'm pretty sure you nevered DQ from a match also

Shouldn’t it be Commie 2A? 😊
Great video because I’m just starting out and this is really helpful! Thank you!
Awesome! That's great to know 🙌🙌
Loved the video, great work!
Thank you! Very much appreciated! 🙌
I'm having trouble I have a bulge in my case from the bullet what am I doing wrong. I reload 40sw with no trouble just different dies
Expand the case mouth just a little more and a little less of a crimp
Thanks for sharing brother
Great video and thanks for sharing. 👍
Fantastic video man
Do you apply a taper crimp after or do you find it not needed? I’ve heard it can cause hang ups but haven’t tried yet on my new kit
I would also use a beam scale to check charge

I just wanted to listen to the sounds, but in the search for copper, I found gold
Thank you for watching and commenting! Much appreciated! Glad you enjoyed it 🙌🙌
👍
I appreciate it 🙌🙌
Where did you get the load data for the berry’s bullets?

I agree, a little lube makes 9mm much easier and smoother. And the finished product is a cartridge not a bullet.
thanks bro
Let me know if you start selling rounds!
I wish! I couldn't. Especially in California lol
@@Cali2A totally understand I live here too. I had a buddy that moved to Montana that used to press it for me. Good times
@TheCalamityKidd ah! Montana would be nice! Might have to move outta hear in the next couple years. Lll
If you reload and never got a squib, means you haven't reloaded long enough Lol

Just a tip for you, keep the politics off the "how to" videos if you want more views. Just sayin'.
