I do not notice any difference when the candle is lit and when it's not for these candles I used. Other candles may have a different affect.

If you glue the candle into the candle cup, how do you get it to turn on! I’m just thinking of the way my LED candles twist off and on at the base.

These candles twists off at the top where the bulb is.
