Did the Rough Country 2.5" lift to my 2013 WK2 Altitude with upgraded Mopar struts and Rough Country N3 rear shocks. It already has 20" factory Jeep wheels and with the 275-55r20 Goodyear Ultraterrain tire upgrade, it give me about a 3.5 inch lift. Doesn't seem like much till you get off road but that extra ground clearance is extremely useful. I love that tent! May use your link to grab one.
Would love to hear a little more about the roof rack. What rails did you use, how much weight it can hold etc. my son is in welding school and I’m pretty sure we can fab something up, just looking for a starting point
Hello I have Rocky Road lift in front and spacers for a TJ in rear . I was wondering if the Bilstein's act separately to the lift ? I wanted to add another 1/2"- 1" in front . I think the lowest setting for the shocks is 1.75" ? How would that work ? Was the pinch weld mod done for this size tire and can you just use a hammer or do you need to make cuts in the weld first ? Thanks
The lowest settings on the 5100s is actually stock ride height (0" lift) and I believe it increases in half inch increments. How much lift are you looking to get total? And I didn't have to modify my pinch weld because of my 1" wheel spacers
@@SolaOutdoors I only want to go up 1/2" to 1" more in front as I have the Rocky Road 2 1/2" spacer lift in front now . I have 1 1/2" wheel spacers on now and 31.5 tires going up to just 32.5
It closes properly, but I agree that it sits very high. I had to cut a relief hole in the AC duct to the back seat to get it as low as it was. If I were to do it again, I'd get a GMRS unit like the Midland MXT275 instead
What backspacing are those wheels? I've got a 2016 wk2 laredo that I've done the rough country puck lift front and rear. I want to fit 33s but I don't know where to start
They are the stock Limited wheels with a 1" hubcentric spacer on them. They rub a little on the inner fender well and the fender flare clip on the front bumper even with the roughly 3+" of lift its got on the front. Luckily, the front only rubs during a hard bump or if you're turning sharply in reverse
@@SolaOutdoors Okay cool! Thanks for such a quick reply! That's what I figured they were but weren't sure. Trying to decide what route I want to go on whether or not I'll keep my stock wheels or buy new ones
I feel that, I had gone back and forth between moving to a 17" wheel when the tires needed to be changed for a while. I had bought some take-offs from a 2018 Sahara, but never ended up putting them on haha
It's mounted to the passenger seat rail where it bolts to the floor. The mount came with a few brackets and one of them just needed a little bending to fit between the plastic cap and the bolt cover
Great Job! Look forward to seeing more
Prodigal Overland seen your videos man. Awesome job.

Then the 5100s would be the way to go. If you want to maintain full suspension travel, I'd actually max out the 5100s and get a shorter spacer lift
Nicely done getting the CB in where the CD player was. Does the console still close properly? Looks like the CB was sitting a little high. Thanks

Nice one Nick. What brand is your tablet holder? been looking and cannot find a good one
Arkon makes that one. I believe I got the heavy duty version for around $60 off of Amazon
where/did you mount the Arkon bracket?
