The project turned out great. The heavier fabric makes a tremendous difference. You’ve definitely inspired me. Congratulations to your 2 year anniversary.
Our 2008 is 3 years old to us! We took our old curtains down and kind of liked the metal look so we left them off. Having said that I VERY much like the homey clean look of your Fleetwood. NICE JOB!!
Thanks! I think you meant this, but this is our Jayco. Our new to us Fleetwood also had the metal look under the valances, but this wasn’t an option with the Jayco. There’s just too much going on under the Jayco’s valences and it needs something to cover it up - lol.
@@ItsPoppin ugh... That's what I get for watching this video at work! Looking forward to some Fleetwood vids. I really learn a lot from these vids. Take care!
I'm guessing your tiebacks are actually sewn on to the curtains? I know ours would just get lost if I don't sew them on our curtain by the door does have the tieback sewn on, but the other two on the other side were the push up with the cord. The cord broke on ours, and a few clips broke. I'll be doing tiebacks for all 3 windows, and taking the cords off. Never did like that type of curtain/ shade. I've ordered the glide tape, and it will be here by the weekend. Looking forward to getting these done. Using a king sized sheet set to have enough fabric without having to have seams. It's white with light gray ticking stripes, and I'll be self-lining to reduce see-thru. It's a lot less than decorator fabric!! And it goes well with the valances and cushions which are still in great shape (in our 10ft Jayco Jay Sport). Thanks for sharing your videos!

Could you please tell me what thread you used and needle to sew the T clips on.
Upholstery thread and a denim/leather needle 🪡
Can you add the link to the t slides on Amazon? I've searched and I can't find the right onws.
