Yes, I love Boursin cheese. I add it to my lasagnas and seafood mac. Love the flavor punch it adds. 😍 I actually love ricotta bc of the texture, but I add oregano and basil with the pasely and other seasonings. All those things take that plain cheese a looong way. I love the bright red color of fresh sauce. This looks bomb chef!
I made the filling tonight for some jumbo shells and just used some jarred marinara sauce I had on hand and it was soooo good! The boursin cheese added to the ricotta was a game changer! It made the cheese filling so flavorful. This is gonna be my go to cheese filling for shells, manacotti etc. This was my first time making one of your recipes and it won't be my last! Thank you for this one! Can't wait to try your other recipes!

Wow I just bought some Shells because they have the Ronzoni boxes for .88 cents at NY local market and then I come across this video. Well long story short mine has 13 mins left in the oven. Thanks for the recipe oh and I added ground beef to my sauce 😉 😜 😋.
I am going to make stuffed shells for our reception. I will be bust but you said they freeze well. If I make 1 big silver aluminum pan full every week by December 11, 2023 I will be set.
I did it once with the boursin and once without. I found the one without the boursin tasted better. Not sure why since I like boursin cheese. I think it's because boursin has a light blue cheese type taste to it.
