Just ordered mine..cost me a bit more to get it shipped out here in Germany. Most companies don't ship to APO's....but I can't wait to piss off the Germans with their noise pollution laws. Lol
If you can put a Touring muffler in your cat-back climber system you will print money. Many Jeep builders need the clearance but a bit less volume, especially in low gears, driving up hills in neighborhoods etc. Hope that is in the cards for early 2019.
It's hard to make a V6 sound like a V8 with a deep tone. I think the last one sounds pretty good someone said you can also just take the muffler off and it's a pretty cool sound is that true ??????
@@Evolution10X I did the muffler delete and you buy that extra piece that dynaflow and flow match yourselves it bolts on and makes it the exhaust come out the rear and you have no Muffler it sounds pretty badass I love it. I checked with a lot of people the dealer shops friend of mine has enough to market department at a dealership he told me it won't mess up the motor by just taking the muffler off and dining flow the guy that engineered it I talked to him at a show he explained how he made that system we could do it without the muffler because it always hits and just put that straight piece coming straight out the back and you get that exhaust away from underneath it sounds awesome I love it $99 is well worth it
@@wildwoody20 fair enough...I did the muffler delete on my mustang gt years ago and while it sounded nice in the beginning...the drone got on my nerves after a while....it was too loud and I felt slight power lose (torque) not HP. I went with flowmaster quiet series after that and never looked back. IMO the borla atak in this video sounded the best, but not sure it's worth the price tag
@@Evolution10X I haven't really noticed that much power loss I mean I do have 37s with 410s I didn't regard but I hit all eight gears I just don't want to spend the money to regear I don't need it I can hit overdrive and still get a gear but I'm retired now so I don't spend 3 hours a day commuting in my vehicle on the highway round trip it's nice to be home everyday retired I just enjoy the Jeep with less miles than I used to drive I used to drive 30,000 miles a year to the airport but I'm retired now so it's pretty nice I drive about 12,000 a year LOL
Good video. Took a lot of work to do the comparison. I’m interested in the performance stats and gas mileage or is it just about how it sounds? It must not be much different or they would certainly be using that as a sales pitch.
Don’t really enjoy the note in person, I’ve had the Borla Atak since last December and it’s not as good as the video makes it sound. My buddy has the cheap $115 MBRP xl series axel back and it actually sounds good. 🤷🏻♂️

Hi! There's a good chance our systems will carry over to the 2024 model year, however, we still need to confirm so we have not extended the year range on our parts yet.
These systems are for the 3.6L specifically. We offer different systems for the 2.0L Turbo Wranglers, but we have not tested them on the 4xe yet. We cannot recommend our 2.0L systems on the 4xe Wrangler at this time. Please check back in with us to see if we have an update!
Hi. Thank you for reaching out! We have systems specifically for the JK Wrangler Link: www.borla.com/jeep-wrangler-jk-exhaust-systems/ Please let us know if you have any questions!
Yeah there’s 0 reason to make an off-road vehicle like a wrangler sound like that on the trails. Noise pollution. Better to sink that money into articulation.
Great video showing off this product. I wish other companies would spend the time doing the same. Thank you
Great video! Always want to hear the sound BEFORE I buy!
I am sold on the S type, going to place an order soon!

This V6 is badass honestly

No! You will lose too much back pressure. plus it will sound sloppy

Is there a 2.0t version in the works?
Hello. Thank you for reaching out. Yes, we will be offering systems for the 2.0T JL Wrangler!
with which engine & fuel type does an exhaust sound better? petrol variant or diesel variant ?

I assume these would all work on Australian spec Wrangler “Overland”?
Yes, they will fit. However, the Climber systems will not fit on vehicles with Full-Time 4WD option or the 3.6L engine with eTorque feature.
@@borla thanks so much for the response, appreciate the info, love the product, gotta see if I can get one to Aus now!

They ll sound the same
Best exhaust company has worst audio recording equipment and sound clips… dude…
Kinda sound not worth the effort or money tbh
The damn Jeep sounds like a Honda. Lol
Naw ... Honda farts 😂 ... this a nice rubble to it 😎😋
The audio might not be coming through clearly on the video
Sounds like a v6

Automatic jeep... Sad
That’s standard nowadays. It’s custom to have a manual wrangler.
8 can tell you from experience the 8 speed is not a penalty gear box.
They all sound the same
That pentastar sounds like a chicken even after installed atak on it!!!
Syed Sadiq listen to the bullet exhaust system its from kuwait and its sounds amazing!!!
Syed Sadiq nah, but you do sound like a broke back chicken!
horrible video as i cant believe how it will sound on my car since the engine sounds like a muscle car and not an actual jeep.
Good sir, that made absolutely zero sense
pretty much all sound like crap.
What's the best for you ?
They need a 6 speed JL comparison this is not apples to apples the manual sounds different.
