I wonder if it's Detroit. It looks like the sign that comes into view around 3:40 on the right says "US 112" and "Michigan" above it (although it's blurry). It doesn't quite look like Boston to me.
DEFINITELY NOT Boston. Just from looking I can tell that it is not Boston. I was trying to make out the license plates, but couldn't quite get it. I could tell that the whatever the sate, the name was very short. But then I saw an Altes Beer truck. Altes was a local lager brewed in DETROIT. I think the state identified on the license plates is "Mich." (for Michigan). I also noticed a taxi with the name Shores, so I looked it up and there is still a Shores taxi service in Detroit - serving mostly travel to and from the Detroit airport.

US Highway 112 started in Detroit. Also the Strohs Beer sign on the bus definitely points to Detroit for this video.
