  • Ingredients for the baked dough: (enough for 12 of our representatives and 16 profiteroles):
    • 125 ml of water
    • 125 ml of milk
    • 100 g of margarine
    • 150 g fine flour
    • 4 eggs (M)
    • 1 cc. sugar
    • ½ tsp salt
    Ingredients of the white cream:
    • 2 dl of whipped cream
    • 70 g of white chocolate
    Ingredients for the dressing:
    • 50 g dark chocolate
    • 50 ml of milk
    • chopped hazelnuts (optional)
