I built this castle in survival and I’ve got to say that this tutorial is one of, if not, the best and most easy-to-follow tutorials out there. He makes it really easy to know what’s happening and what he’s doing by showing two povs and by showing the blocks he’s using at any given moment. I will definitely be checking out his other videos. 👍

I built this castle on a non-grief survival server. Instructions were well done, for the most part. I did have to back up a few times when the actions were blocked or not explained with text. I also changed a few things that fit my needs better. All in all great video for a functional, easy to build mini-castle. 9/10 for sure!
amazing castle, not too big not too small...hey I have an idea, why not make an underground base/house because now version 1.18 and the cave is getting wider, wouldn't it be cool to build there😉

I love that you put in real detail and thought into everything, rather than mixing together a bunch of random blocks in place of detail. It's something that always bugs me in other builds and tutorials

Updating my progress on the build on a public server by weeks
Week 0: getting people to help collect
Week 1: just need 40 more smooth red sandstone, 63 lanterns, 8 glowstone, and 16 redstone lamps i have 2 people helping me
Week 2: we started and we should finish by next week! The only annoying thing about doing it on survival has to be using water- oh and I ran out of stone so I need another 15 stacks-
Tysm for sticking to a color theme- it really helps me with building them! ●︿●

I'm a long time watcher from when you had 4 videos on this channel and I agree that you should have many many more subscribers, but anyway I was wanting to see if you'd do a farm house and or barn in your style. I think it would be a challenge and a great video since there aren't that many farm minecraft videos.

Love this medieval series so much, building a village with all the buildings from your videos to practice since Im new. Would love a bar/tavern like I saw some people say, and anything in this series at all. Small decor/ detail pieces to decorate would be sick👌🏻also a cathedral/church, library, arena/ theatre

Suggestion for anyone who is too early game or hates the nether (ME) you could use deepslate or some other dark wall in place of nether brick walls
can we give like actual measurements for how many blocks the blueprints are? it would be helpful for spacing and such instead of eyeballing it

I loved this build and really enjoyed it but I have a question. How did you place a ladder on glowstone because it wont allow me to place one. For now, I will just use shroomlights but I like those too so no problem

I love the castle but I think just a little more detail on that tall middle tower:)
At 18:47, the diagram on the bottom left is wrong. The right side stone wall is 7 blocks long, rather than the 8 shown in the diagram, so you will have to adjust the small tower at the top as well. Great build though!
No, it’s not wrong, there are no colours in that diagram and that eighth block is part of the yellow

i am building this in my realm with a few buddies, it’s awesome!! i absolutely love the look of it and how it seems medieval and stuff. i replaced the orange roofs with warped wood from the nether and it still looks amazing with a blue roof! truly amazing 🫶🏻
