I love to dip buy … but that doesn’t mean I do it all the time. The circumstances and the stock chart have to be right.
But how can you tell when it’s a good time to dip buy? That’s exactly what I share in this video.
There are no guarantees in the stock market. But when it comes to dip buying, there are certain situations that I consider HUGE red flags.
I want a strategy where I feel like I’ll win six to eight times out of 10. A strategy that might help me win one to three times out of 10 just won’t cut it for me.
So in this video, I have three signs that indicate you should probably avoid dip buying … Be sure to take careful notes - you don’t want to miss this lesson.
I’ll cover how you have to really look at the types of stocks you’re considering dip buying. Not every random stock is a good contender for a morning panic dip buy.
For instance, is it a multi-day runner? Or is it a supernova that’s crashing? If dip buyers are rushing in like it’s Black Friday AND short sellers are starting to show up, you’ve got a lot to think about.
I’ll talk you through how to handle potential dip buy situations like this. You gotta know when to say when and move on to another (hopefully easier) trade.
I also talk about specific circumstances that frequently lead to dip buying failure. By making yourself aware of the common themes that can burn traders, you’ll be better prepared to recognize them.
When you see the warning signs coming, you can make more responsible trading decisions … and stay safer. I’m all about staying safe, especially when trading with a small account.
You’ll also learn about what to look for in the news before you dip buy. News can move stocks, but not all news is created equal. I’ll show you the types of news events that should be a huge warning that you shouldn’t dip buy … and explain what you can do instead.
By the time you finish this video, you should better understand morning panic buying.

I've been hit or miss dip buying the last few weeks so this has helped a bit. Finding the bottom of panics is harder than I thought it was going to be.

Absolutely on point... Took me a while to Learn when, why, with what stock, and at what time of day to dip buy, and then - when to sell it off... All comes from education and experience... My fave "pattern", or way to profit, by far... Sometimes I will dip buy the same stock 5 or more times in a day, reacting to consistent price action, typically on a Strong stock, that is up 100% + overall on the day... Been many of these lately (as I post this - 3/21/20)... eg; BLPH, BMRA, etc....

This was a very useful video on dip buying. I have been studying stock dips for months now. Just to see what happened with certain news. A lot of what I was scanning for was low odds setups. Instead of scanning for losers I need to be scanning for big break outs on a hot stock. Super helpful video 👍
