I just upgraded my LSZ-1 With the worker B.it is awesome but when you do the conversion you need a 2mm Alen wrench. Luckily I had one on the boat because I'm a long way from a hardware store. On another note, I was set up on the back deck of my boat sewing binding on some carpet and another boater came by and said I reminded him of his mother sitting in front of my sewing machine I said your mother must have an awesome mustache!
In addition to Sailrite being the best machine of its type on the planet, (not biased at all😀) the company’s extensive How To educational video library is nothing short of amazing for help in tackling projects. Add in their product inventory and you’ve got basically one stop shopping for mariners. If I sound like just a bit of a fan, I plead guilty…As to the cost, yep, you get what you pay for. Cheers from Anacortes
@@okellytech Thank You! In a strange twist of fate, I found that I had become the office manager of a custom marine fabrication shop here in Anacortes a few years ago. Opened my eyes to the benefits of having a absolutely top notch, marine grade, so to speak, *sewing-system* on board. Life saver in a remote area… Cheers
Great fun! Congratulations on your new machine! I love watching the Sailrite how to videos. I had already bought an old Pfaff walking foot straight stitch machine before I found Sailrite. I'd love to have the zig zag feature but at my point in life can't justify switching. They have so many supplies and accessories that make most jobs much easier. Have many fun hours & happy stitching!
Thanks for the video. I bought one of these last year for making bags and covers, and it does so much that my regular sewing machine can't do. I looked on your RUclips and website for an affiliate code, but couldn't find one. Thank you for introducing me to Sailrite!
That was a wonderful review! Your connection with the machine is viceral and well appreciated. I am considering the fabricator model and you really have sealed the deal for my decision to go with sailrite.
This is a nice piece of sewing machine, congratz lady you that have it. I saw someone using Husqvarna motor instead of new expensive Sailrite WorkerB Fine Control Motor.
Love the video! Megan you are a delight. Your warmth is enthralling and your enthusiasm is infectious. Great machine. Looking forward to more of your projects. Both you and Nick stay safe
Haha, saw the thumbnail and I knew you'd be like a kid on Christmas morning, after watching the video, you didn't disappoint lol, delighted for you, enjoy the new toy
Was great to see you sewing that project, as a non-sewer who is going to learn, I would watch any project videos you make in the future for sure! (though of course its a lot of work, but just a time lapse helped a lot.) First up, shower storage for my showers. I have a Sail Rite on the way!
I have one and I use it for sewing denim purses. You can sew lighter, but in my opinion, it is not an efficient use of the machine. The tension needs to be adjusted significantly, and setting it back to where it was is not always simple. In addition, the foot grip on the fabric is too strong for lighter fabrics. So, in my opinion, the honest answer to your question is no.
hello very beautiful sewing machine if possible please kindly film how to operate the sewing machine foot pedal how it's used to sew please ok?please kindly reply back ok?thank you very much

Who needs Precision Sails? Megan will make the new main sail!!!!!
lol!
Well after doing a lot of research and then finally looking at your video I ordered my LSZ today. Your video pushed me over the edge.
I bought mine. Happy for her. I have the workhorse table and servo motor. Does well.
CONGRATULATIONS GIRL, I LOVE THAT SAILRITE SEWING MACHINE 🫖
Just called in and the lovely Lisa S. put together my quote for the new LS 🥳

WELL SAID Ray, I completely agree with everything you said. They've been my go to for 19 years on all things boat fabric, fasteners, etc.

That’s so great to hear Debbie! Sailrite doesn’t do any affiliate codes.

I have both . You will love the fabricator.
So cool! You must make a lot more sewing videos now!
Great that Sailrite sponsor you with the Premium one, it's a beautiful machine!
Thank you so much, I'm very grateful and excited to sew some cool stuff!
I've been dealing with sailrite for years, they are a great company
I have the same machine that you now have and I love it.

Great video, looking forward to adding the Worker B to my LZS-1 next month! Thanks for the video.

Thank you, I did feel like a kid on Christmas morning!!
And I’m feeling happy with my little singer sewing machine 🤣

I have a Sail Rite on the way!
You can put a 250-watt DC motor on your older machine for more power. That's what I am doing with my LSZ-1.
I hear they are selling these WorkerB motors separately. I can't wait to upgrade mine.
Disfruta que es maravilloso tener una máquina de coser como una medicina para el estres

Hey Nick and Megan :) why do you not link your channels on you tube?
I thought we were going to see some sail mending in heavy seas.
how is it for regular sewing, can you get a way with one machine?

Nice!!!
Thank you! Cheers!
Can you sew on this like you can with a home machine with a free arm?
If you can find a way to set that machine up flush to the tabletop it will make all the difference . You won't be disappointed .
Genial
I'd b happy w/ a free sailrite too. It's good to b honest.
I can't put a lot of stock in these reviews when the company gives you the machine.
Yo sería la mujer más feliz que me regala una
“Give me the knife” 😂😂😂😂
🤣glad someone got that one!!
How much? Leather?
We will take the old one off your hands. Are you in Maine?
Never mind. Lucky Becky.
Sadly we didn’t make it to Maine this year, had to choose between family and Maine, family won!
