How would you recommend cleaning the “cellular shade” style of blinds. They are sort of like fabric but not really. Just dry dusting them or vacuuming?
I power wash mine with the gentle nozzle on my driveway with the soap dispenser, rinse, and let hang dry. The cord also cleans up nicely. I’m a lazy cleaner or I would dry them with a micro fiber towel too. But this works really well.

I find it easier to clean blinds in an oversize Rubbermaid container outside, and then hang on my clothesline to dry. You could probably use a fence also. 😊
Does this also work with cloth type fabric? It’s like a paper fabric, I got them at Lowe’s. They’re the ones you push up with barely any force like finger strength and stay put and pull down to close?

If the people living in that home are smokers the nicotine is very sticky and nasty. You can always soak them in the bathtub with some barbasol shaving cream.
☝️Re: Vertical blinds: My mother came home from work to find her cat almost strangled because he got tangled up in the bottom of the cords of the vertical blinds. She removed the bottom of the cording after, and although her cat was shaken up and sore, he was o.k. after.

Endust on a swiffer. Vacuum front and back first.

The only way is with a light duster, or you can tear it. I personally, avoid those paper blinds and paper lamp shades.

No!!!!!They’ll warp in a heartbeat. Vacuum front and back first, then Endust on a swiffer.

Faux is not real wood. They are vinyl. Will not warp. Yes. Clean this way. I have them too.

I have wood slat blinds stained with three years of a tenant cig smoke and a rug stained with ash from failure to connect with ashtray
Cheap and or old ones just fall apart if you wash them in the tub.
I learned that from experience years ago.
