    Would you recommend blind diving jnto recruitment scene and just starting a recruitment agency or working as a talent acquisition job first ?

      I would recommend starting as a Sourcer/Researcher first, this will give you a lot of knowledge on how to look for candidates on different channels, following that you can become a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist.
      Divining into starting an agency right away is a recipe for a disaster. There are many parts that you need to understand, first is how to run a business, second how recruitment works both recruiting in the agency and in a company.
      I am not sure that even I have enough knowledge to start an agency. I would love to know what decision did you make? :)
