Ayanokoji is smart but my problem is how delusional the fans are to think he would ever sum up to people like L Lawliet, Johan, Shogo Makishima, William Moriarty, Lelouch and so on.
@@Aleister901 Since we are analysing a battle between characters from completely different stories, ofcourse we have to think from realistic perspective. BEFORE I GO FURTHER, I have huge interest in characters like Ayanokoji and no doubt he is one of the smartest teenagers in anime. But people decide who would win against Ayanokoji based on the emotions that humans posess. For instance 'Ayanokoji cannot be manipulated since he has no emotions'. Now here is a question, do we call people smart just cause they are good manipulators?? Thats a big no. Ayanokoji has emo teenage lolis for 'assets'. While people like lelouch, Johan, Shogo etc have assets that create the WHOLE premise for their purpose. Kids wanna be cool thats why they think manipulating a bunch of teenagers (no matter the academical prowess they have) can measure upto wide scale influence over citizens, government and even the whole country. Ayanokoji cannot be manipulated but he can be OBJECTIVELY blackmailed and we have seen such circumstances in the anime itself. And people mistake having emotions for being weak. ABSOLUTELY NOT. People follow leaders because they share a common purpose and the leader reciprocates the feeling of his followers. And lets be honest here, do you think a person who cant act and always has a resting bitch face with a no interest look can compell that many people to follow him? He is socially inexperienced and most of the people we see him pursuing for his 'goals' are not fully mature too. Then we have people like Dazai who knows after a single conversation with a person what they are looking for and can even control his heartbeat. Then we have William the only man who was one step ahead of Sherlock. Ayanokoji is not a one man army, he needs 'tools" but people who are way more socially skilled and adept at EQ can always snatch away those tools and leave him with a goal but no assets to achieve that at his disposal. And also when you are up against complex and tough people (which we rarely see in COTE) you need to think from their perspective...Ayanokoji does not have that. But Tenma who went up against Johan, Kougami against Shogo, Sherlock against Liam, L against Light, Dazai against Fyodor etc they didnt sympathize with their opponents but had emotions to comprehend why they were doing crimes and what they would gain through it. Ayanokoji simply cant. And also he would be inexperienced against opponents as dangerous as dazai, shogo and so on. Lastly, I have fav characters who i know would be stomped over by MANY other characters. Kiyopon is one of them and is definitely smart and has potential but thinking he could go against people like the ones i have mentioned is just coping. People sometimes cage themselves to a limited mindset to believe that what they favor cannot be destructed....in reality they can.
@@Aleister901 also thanks in advance if you read through all that. And as for your question there are also many people ayanokoji has a chance to win against and that includes Light, Yuuichi Katagiri, Kirari Momobami and so on. L doesnt come in question though, feats are really not a trusted source, you will see one that says Ayano wins and then another that will say Lawliet wins. I personally prefer lawliet cause he has higher perception and intuition than ayano, as we see from source material how fast he picks up on Lights mindset by the way he kills criminals even before knowing about the existence of death note. He rarely loses his composure and while he looks disheveled with also a resting bitch face he makes it known that what he does is genuine that makes it easy for people to respect him no matter how weird he is.
Ayanokojis smartness just feels like plot armour or like an asspull. Like when he does something “smart” it’s never explained properly how he did it or they just give the most basic answer ever. It’s not a case of like a light or L where we get to hear their thought process and see how they make their decisions. His smartness feels more like bulma from dbz. The only possible reason I can say his character is perceived as smart is because everyone around him is too fucking dumb by comparison.
The thing with writing a "smart character" is not make the "smartness" of a character a plot device. Ayanokoji is that character, his "smartness" comes off more of a plot armor/device than actually being smart himself. Heck most of his "intelligence" feats are either due to plot or easy for any average intellectual person to do. Yuuichi Katagiri, Nana Hiiragi, Kaede Sakurada and her sister Aoi Sakurada have shown more impressive intelligence than Ayanokoji and the majority of the students in COTE. I don’t read it but I may read it later
@@kyousaber you should imo its a 10/10 ln and like is said ayanokoji has a lot more depth and better writing the anime makes him out to be this emotionless antisocial person but literally he has more depth in the first volume than everything you said in this video (im not sure if that last part made any sense it made sense in my head)
@@HendyRL Dw I understand you I was originally aware if this but didn’t mention it as I haven’t read the light novel so I didn’t wanna push info I was sure on out yet but thank you for the heads up

Pretty good video, bro got me with the kind of clickbait. (fuck i dont even know what qualifies as clickbait anymore)
Anyways when I were talking about other characters than ayanokoji and that ayanokoji is like the only one that people take interest in.
That might be true for the anime but in the light novel that I'm currently reading there are some characters that I find very cool or interesting other than koji.
For example: Hirata, ryueen, koenji, Ichinose, kei, nagumo and other characters that I can't be bothered mentioning.
Thank you, I understand that light novel sheds light on the characters, I just wish other people online would do the same (and there probably is but the reach for it isn’t there) glad to see someone who has the same opinion on me.
Apprentice your perspective
you should know that ayankoji just wants a normal life and have no interest in advancing to class A, if he actually wanted to move up to class A he would have already done it , the actions he took so far were either because other people picked a fight with him(ryuen and kushida) or class D in threat of being removed from the school.(island arc, brother forcing horikta to quit the class).
Bro what happened to Irui man 😪
Everyone in our group took a break more or less not sure if irui is coming back
Fall guys will be the downfall of humanity
A very true statement
No...Why?
Bro read the Light novel
The anime has nothing in it and wrong adaptaion
He isn't overhyped
Eventually I’ll start reading light novels
Do not let them lie to. This is complete cap. I have read the light novel it is a little bit better becomes of the pacing but other than not doing the same thing overall specially how they just blatantly make the rest of cast look stupid just to glaze koji
@@ZhaireLeonardThe Rest of The Cast Isn't Stupid like bro it's Called Outsmarting Everyone Lol and in The Light Novel Ayanokoji Faces More Powerful Opponent That he Struggles

O my god ayanokoji is the smartest thing in classroom of the elite he beat a high class government droid which can challenge its self 20,000 times a second so his IQ might be in the 1000s the white room can’t truly understand his true ability’s and instead to use him to takeover Japan and even the hole world he can’t be emotionally controlled and manipulated and he can’t be read he reads people like a book and nows
the human psychology Extremely well he will tell you false fings to manipulate you so that’s why he is called perfect and he has no emotion and sympathy
I gotchu I’ll keep this comment in mind if I ever make another classroom of the elite video thanks for the feedback
