What a horrible process. I’m a US citizen. I married a lady from the Philippines. Finally the NVC idiots accepted all our documentation. {after requesting more and more documents. My attorney even sent them an affidavit stating my assets. They requested more documents. He told them, “There are no more documents to give you!”} How long until she gets an interview at a US embassy in Manila? US Immigration is awful. I have never been arrested, never been convicted of any crimes and I pay taxes. We have been waiting nearly two years for my wife to get an immigrant visa and spent all kinds of money. How awful to keep a married couple apart over this long and drawn out process.
@@GrayLawTVwhat are the possibilities of GOP Congress overturning due process rights for immigrants? How long would this take to go into effect if they're successful?
How are you? I always appreciate your genuine support and kindness in helping suffering immigrants. My hubby and I had filed a marriage petition back in August of 22 and our application petition cam fairly quickly. About 6 months we had approval. Than e had to fire our current attorney shortly after for not helping being what we needed. But as this past Monday we were finally given an interview date. It’s was almost 3 years though but it’s been a blessing. However, i know the pandemic set things back but why did it take soo long to get an interview. Our current attorney said we’ve only waited for a year really because our case hit NVC last year?
Hello Mr. Gray, thanks for your time in sharing your knowledge and positivity with us. I have one Question, do you think that there is a chance that USCS approve PIP or KFT for those who filed before the program got struck down by the judge. Or at least those were already in before the judge putted the first pause? Thank you again.
We were denied military parole in place for lack of jurisdiction because my wife is in removal. This makes no sense because she was only in removal because of illegal entry, which parole in place is supposed to fix. Also the judge closed her removal case. They are playing games.
@william, if they administratively closed the removal case, you must re-open it and terminate proceedings then you will get the parole in place approved.
@@GrayLawTV Thanks. It was administratively closed so why did they mislead us into thinking she was no longer subject to removal? That is the whole reason we asked for hearing and the only reason we would agree to close it. If they had told us from the beginning that I could have applied for military parol in place this could have been avoided. They determined our marriage is valid and as I recall the biggest evidence was that we live together. If living together is a requirement to prove marriage is valid than why are they saying it isn't a requirement of marriage for the purpose of deportation. That makes no sense and is very hypocritical.
How do we know that our sought to acquire requirement is deemed by department of state for cspa in counsellor processing especially due to uscis admisnistrative error that delayed our ds-260 submission. As option to pay and submit became available years later after our visa availablity
Can you help me with a concern please? I am a US citizen married to a DACA recipient who is current. We had to wait until his renewal came through to apply for his advance parole, which was submitted last week. I know it took Trump 6 months to stop advance parole his last term. Is it possbile for him to stop them overnight and should we be more worried about him traveling with the advance parole when Trump is in office? I.e, border security may stop allowing entry?
Hey, Mr. Gray I know you mentioned the video next week about rights, my sister filed an appeal about 3 months ago on behalf of her husband because their AOS was denied for lack of bonefide evidence .Is he in danger of being deported while the appeal is in process and what happens if they deny the appeal does it go before the immigration judge? Should they just refile? Thanking you in advance.
What did mean ? Anything’s is the process !!!! You have to send some informations need and then you have to pay fees , after all of that u can expedite to get your passport soon as possible
Sir i have applied f4 visa in dec 2009 and its been a lot of years can you kindly tell me when i am gonna receive my welcome letter and what could i do to make this process faster legally btw i am from Pakistan
All I wish to know if Trump will slow down the visa bulletin. I’m F2B rest of world with PD Dec 2017. It’s been 7 long years and I still can’t even pay fee and send docs at NVC. You think he will slow things down?
