It's good to see Bruce and Batman be a father from time to time. As a dad of a weird 15 yr old boy myself I loved it
Now imagine if they aged up Damien like they did Jon. All this growth and fatherly moments we see between them.wouldnt have happened. While Damien will never be my favorite robin, the growth that i see, and the father and son momemts are priceless. That was stolen from Jon.
The two of them have been one of the best crime fighting team

Damian was trained by some of the deadliest people on the fucking planet, and somehow he always loses. It makes little sense even if he is a child and he trying not kill.

I saw a Batman & Robin book in the mall by Peter J. Tomasi and Patrick Gleason. I more or less skimmed through it but I wanted to request you read it. It ended with Damian giving Bruce one of Martha Wayne’s pearls. I don’t remember if this was the start. It was book one. The names Mick Gray and John Kalisz were under Peter’s and Patrick’s on the frontal cover. I took a picture of it with the initial intent to bring it up to you.
Comicstorian, please do more complete stories of other DC and Marvel characters based on their current comic series like: Wonder Woman by Tom King, Green Lantern by Jeremy Adams, The Flash by Simon Spurrier, Titans by Tom Taylor, Immortal Thor by Al Ewing, Captain America by J. Michael Straczynski, Incredible Hulk by Phillip Kennedy Johnson and Avengers by Jed MacKay. I know it's a large list but these comic books are amazing and some of them deserve to be in your channel.
They are alkl being worked on, due to the nature of that, you can basically find these comics going into videos like this on Sundays. next week I think we're planning an indie while we wait for a few more issues of GL and Wonder Woman

I think this might be my favorite batman story ever. Reminds me of the webtoon, which I never expected to say with how they always seem to want batman to be broody and distant.

I like how Damian is actually shown to resemble Bruce heavily in this. I hope more artist adapt this look for him as the main style of Damian.

Bruce has been a father since he took in Dick Grayson. Damian isn't more son than Dick or Tim just because Talia rufied him and swiped his DNA.

Where do you read your comics is it on a website or app?
I really love the Bruce-Damian stories. I remember people hated Damien in his arrival (understandably). I remember when there were stories that painted Damien to be the most ruthless Batman to be feared in the future. Then I remember people loving when Damien was pseudo killed off with that sword to the chest. Now look. Theyre carving out some great stories. And these Bruce-Damien tales are great for both of them. Damien slowly becoming less assassin hitman and more human. And even Bruce whose usually portrayed as more Batman wearing the disguise of being Bruce Wayne becoming more human again.
How do you get all these comics? Do you buy them or use an app

I know being a grim, hard-nosed, borderline-soulless asshat is Batman's thing... but this is just SO GOOD. When he starts cheering Damian on at the tryout I damn near had my fist in the air.

I have a question: How old is Damian/Robin? I remember him being around 12 years old when he first appeared in the New 52. I think he was 10 in the first Rebirth (Wally West returns) era.
Another question: Who is White Rabbit? The Terrible Trio? Who are the villains in this comic? Are they new, or old returning villains (not from Batman's Rouge's gallery)?
Damian is 14, he was 13 in teen titans rebirth and grew 14 in robin 2021.
Except for Shush, these are all old batman villains.

I feel like.. This is basically a version of Batman, where he is ‘soft’ lol, well, as soft as Batman can be written- well, at least I hope they don’t ever intend to make a version of him any more so, than this Bruce…

I liked Williamson on Flash but I feel he knew fk all about Batman and Robin. Why are Waylon and Kirk outright villains again? They've had so much development over the years that they were basically genuinely reformed and even allies to heroes. Now they're jobbers for Shush??? Is this ever explained or is Williamson just being a bad writer ignoring past lore? He did the same when he butchered clownhunter in Batman Inc.
No Shush works for Kirk. Its not explained yet what caused this change Manbat.
The preview for next issue has Batman mention JL Dark so maybe they will explain then.
Batman is the worst kind of Villan. The kind that tricks the reader into thinking he is good.
That storyline sucks, Williamson did nothing new or interesting with Batman and Robin, rather I prefer Peter Tomasi run which is the best of the duo, Simone Di meo artwork is kinda weird, didn’t like the story 👎🏻
