In karate, and all other martial arts, it is important to learn the value of humility. It is important to understand that we always have a lot more to learn, even if we think we already know a lot. Karate provides us with many reminders of this valuable lesson. This video talks about the importance of having a beginner's mind in your training regardless of your level or rank.
