Thanks for going into detail with the control pedal. I wanted. Wah with vowel sounds and thought this would do it, thanks for letting me know before I wasted the cash!
@@dancetech even more cash saved! They fetch a pretty penny now on eBay. Seems all the best behringer pedals are out of production (dynamic wah, human voice, bass synth) guess the multi FX will stop next.... £25 for a multi pedal with pitch Shifter and Digi delay seems way too cheap
Can't find it either... Not desperate for one, but I'd buy one if the price was right... There are a few other budget AW pedals on Amazon though, worth checking out. If you find a decent cheap one with some cool sounds, drop me a reply here please
@robinfinity = It's clearly in the guitar input. Notice the positioning of the top labels and you can clearly see that the Out is the label for the green cable, which straight to the right is the guitar input.
When I turn this pedal on the wah is on for like 3 seconds then it turns off for 3 seconds. I don't know how to turn it off. Anyone have an answer to this? Cheers.
@ElGbayRGX I think it just looks like that because of the angle, if you look at the left side, the amp cabld is plugged in the output jack, but it is in line with teh "exp/ctl" text. So I'm pretty sure the guitar is in the GTR IN
I found it to be rather noisy. Even just the Wah had a buzzing noise. At high volume that would be a bit much. It would have been so cool to have the expression pedal with the human voice and synth sounds. It sounded like a muffled wah. I just use a sort of standard Wah with my bass. Reading about this pedal sounds great and it's cheap but to me it has limited appeal now I've heard it. I so wanted to like it. Cheers
I think you are definately right, or it's his amp. I bought one as it was so cheap. It's not a pedal I would use much (I have a number of pedals like that. Good in and of themselves but not what I would put on my board.) but it's fun to play around with. I've grown quite fond of Behringer, especially the 'Vintage' pedal series. They do very close copies of some classic Electro Harmonix pedals, notably the Small Stone and The Memory Man. They not only sound good but are built to look the same.
+Paul Evans no, there's no amp being used or any other effects. it's straight from the pedal to the active speakers - any buzzing is probably the vintage les paul mini humbuckers reacting to the strip light used to film.
Oh I see.,thanks. I totally understand that. I have a similar issue in my house with plug sockets. If I plug my pedalboard into the same wall socket as my amps I get an awful buzzing. I think it's my old house wiring.
+Paul Evans in this video it's nothing to do with wiring, it's the mini humbuckers. for bass synth sounds try the other pedal in this series the BSY600 (next video up)
no, its not. The camera is at an angle so the text "bass" looks above the input. But its next to the ac in, on the exact opposite side of the output, so its not :-) ( also look at the end with bass demo )
It just looks that way because the camera's not looking straight down at the pedal. Watch the end of the video where he plugs in a bass; the jack's clearly plugged in lower down.
I have the same pedal, but the orange flashing light on the tempo mode won't go away after switching it to other modes. Also, when the pedal is off, the blue LED light will switch on and turn off the sound on the amp. It also does the same when the pedal on. It will eventually come back on again, but is really annoying! I have checked it isn't the leads, battery or faulty connection. Please someone reply!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@arseniclullaby87 True dat! Behringer are good for deciding of you want to shell out the cash for a top brand pedal because they sound great and even though they don't last for that long, it's long enough to see if it's a pedal that you would really benefit from having on your board.
a red light keeps appearing on mine before it shuts down completely and cuts off from the amp its not a battery problem r anythin can someone please help i like this pedal alot and want it to work again
@regyreg22 Not really. This is an auto wah/human voice pedal. As the name suggest it emulates the sounds you can get with a real "wah" pedal like Dunlop crybaby. And also tries to give you the sounds you get from a "Talk box" effect. Slash uses both to achieve this kind of sounds. Check the video: Slash best solo, or something like that, where he uses a talk box. IMHO this autowahs do a good job, it's a matter of trying them out and see what suits you best.
2022, one of the rare pedals of the bunch!
Thank you very much! I've been looking for a bass POV on this model... Even though it was brief, it was very helpful.
Thanks very much for doing demos of these. Bought the EM600 because of your review.
Thanks for going into detail with the control pedal. I wanted. Wah with vowel sounds and thought this would do it, thanks for letting me know before I wasted the cash!
well you'd have needed a time machine anyway because they stopped making these pedals about 6 or 7 years ago

@@nathanaelmoxon4996 yeah, dunno why they stopped making them as they were super value pedals.
Mine turns on randomly by itself while I'm playing the guitar with it being turned off. Could you help me?
This sounds like exactly what I'm after! Have Behringer discontinued it? Seems like barely anywhere in the UK is stocking it

just ordered from amazon after this demo!
I think this is going to be my first pedal it sounds good to me to star with :) thanks for the video really apreciated

May I ask does that exp pedal work without any power?
Pretty sure he's in the "Gtr In" port. It's just the angle. Look how seemingly high the labels are on the other side.
bro i have the fcv 100 and the dw400, but i cant use the intro exp/ctl could you show the connection with the expression pedal please
Whenever i use this pedal the volume from the amp drops a lot. Is this normal for this pedal or is mine broke..

Can you use the volume pedal as volume for your other pedals if you switch the wah off? like as in part of the loop?
I want a wah for beginners at an offordable price, is this a good choice?
Gonna have to get me one of these.

Can you get an alternative dinosaur jr.-like sound from using this with a distortion pedal?
@ElGbayRGX it's you... when u watch pedal from this angle, it looks like it's in bass input! ;)

Cool! In the 'synth' wah setting, it sounds a tad like Grange Hill! Lol.
I want one so bad!! But they don't make them anymore damn!
Which scale did you used
well spotted that man!
a red light keeps appearing on mine before it shuts down completely and cuts off from the amp its not a battery problem r anythin can someone please help i like this pedal alot and want it to work again
great vid, just picked up one for £32 on ebay after watching this.
@ElGbayRGX No, as the output jack looks like if it's plugged into the "EXP/CTL". It's an optical illusion ;o)
why are you play bass with overdrive?
why not!
I love bass with OD too, though I use it rarely in recording
I think it's just an optical illusion, if you look at the out port it is directly opposite the guitar jack and they seem in line

Its me or you put the guitar in the bass input :S nice review !!!!!!!
This Thing is Pretty Sweet!!!
so can i use it with a bass guitar too? please reply ...i need help.
the wah is not very obvious can hear delay as well but good review
danger danger high voltage!
behringer makes great pedals!
minus the "durability" I'd put them up against any top brand name pedal!
funciona con baterias de 9v?
I think what we're all wondering is how does it go playing living on a prayer
Fun for 5 minutes. Then forget it.
why so much noise???
The Donner Dynamic Wah is better.
Subtle? I can't hear it at all!
@robinfinity you right ! !! ! ! but my eyes not hahah = /
