- I have been playing (and loving) the survival game The Long Dark for years -- but can I guide my wife through it? She asked to play and wanted me to give her help, but without me looking! So I can hear her, but I can't see.

I love this, but my heart absolutely BROKE when she overlooked the rifle in trappers. But if she doesn't plan on shooting anything I guess it doesn't matter, but gahhhh hahaha

I loved this! There's nothing better than getting to discover the game again through fresh eyes. Coordinating the two sticks on the controller will start to feel more natural with time. Great job! 😁

I met my husband on a discord server during Covid lockdown (I’m in the UK, he was in Sydney) and we fell in love while playing Valheim together. He moved to the UK in February 2022 and we have been married just over a year. All of which to say watching you guys play makes me very happy. Couples that play together stay together, right?!

I think Annie being a simmer she would find mouse and keyboard a lot easier but she’s doing awesome with the controller!
I play Sims on Xbox mostly so I'm more used to the controller. Someone gave us advice that we will use in the next video.

It can be, esp. with aiming. I end up using them bc its easier on my wrists, but I think Annie prefers it as she's used to her Xbox

You should try pacifist Voyageur with her for sure. I personally learned the game playing Pilgrim which helped to nail down the basic mechanics of the game without dying immediately Lol.

Meanwhile I working to do the Tales, normally I'm a stalker player but I stepped down to Voyager to complete the tales. I got the transmitter repaired since I got random spawned on the airfield which was a bit stressful till I got some clothing since the region is so cold but I got the transmitter built and went all the way to broken railroad. I harvested a bunch of deer carcass and killed a bunch of wolves and the bear so now I'm chilling out doing some cooking and gather saplings to make the travois while I wait for the skins to dry out.
What an idea... Should counter and let my husband play.... Without probably end as misery even if started as pilgrim...😂😂
