- Originally recorded in February 2018, this shortened version (16 minutes down to 6 minutes) is completely re-edited with the footage shot back then. The cross country sections have been speeded up so they're not as boring and there's some new music too.

Lovely video, I fly over Tunstal reservoir & the surrounding dales as I live six miles from here. The Durham dales are very much underrated in my opinion, such beautiful scenery to be had.

John Twist , well I was born here so didn’t have any choice but have never took the place for granted. I was part of the hiking fraternity since I was 7 and walked these dales ever since. I have flown my microlight & paramotor over the area for over twenty years & still never get sick of the views. I have a mavic air 2 which I fly but have the attention span of a goldfish when it comes to video editing unlike yourself who does a great job.
another great video john,i only wish it had been longer than 6min.the first field you flew over me and my brother pick mushrooms in that field every autumn for the past 20 years.
