- Ingredients:
Meat:
half pound of ferment fish
2 pounds fresh fish
8 ounces thinly slice side pork
Herbs/spices
3 rhizomes (Kheavy)
8-12 garlic cloves
1 lemongrass stalk
3 kaffir lime leaves
Vegetables:
1-2 pounds fresh bamboo shoot( thinly slice)
1-2 cups Sleuk Sa-arm soft young leaves( this is Khmer herb/vegetable)
other Khmer vegetables mention in the video( optional)
Seasoning and stock:
Note: seasoning may vary because fermented fish was use in this recipe. Start of with small amount of seasoning . You may season to taste at the end.
56 ounces of water
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon fish past
1 table sugar
chicken powder
