+Sopheak Chan Peterson Just ask them to try it. My kids don't like all the food either at first but after asking them to try it, they learn to eat it any way even though they don't like it.
if they don't want to eat hit them. don't let them turn into American kids that's a bad habit

I saw a family eat this on bread for breakfast, I was not raised with the entrails so I dont think I could eat them, at least if they are chewy I couldn't, but the sauce you made looked like it would be great on barbecued meats!
Hi Elissa, Could i request from you, could you show me how to make Seang or in English called fermented Soy Beans we usualy eat with rice porrige or use to make chen chourn with fry fish+ginger . I love everyone of your video thank you
Lyna Uch Hi Lyna, thank you for liking the videos and requesting, yes I will make the fermented soybeans because someone also had requested too.
Cute kids
Wow
Drooling 🤤
Thank you, thank you, thank you! I've been learning how to cook via you tube because my mom doesn't have patience to teach me. Most of the dishes I've learned are Thai recipes because I haven't found any in Cambodian that I can easily understand. Thank you for speaking in English.
You're welcome. I'm glad you found my channel. Don't forget to subscribe to receive notification for new videos.😘
I did so. Now I just need to speak Khmer.
Can you understand it?
Yes but it takes me awhile. When I watch the Thai recipes I can understand it a bit more due to years of watching Thai Lakorn. Huyyyyy, bad Sarah
I live so far away, East Tennessee USA. Your details why you do this and that. There is no Cambodian store here. Thank you
During the first boil organ to release smell u can add a tea spoon of banking soda..so it make ur meat very soft n crunchy.
Kevin Chai Nyap Hing Hi Kevin Chai Nyap Hing, I never know that, thank you for sharing. I'll try that next time.
Hello Kevin Chai Nyap Hing . I wonder the words baking soda and baking power . Could you explain me between the 2 things . Thank you for your time .
Thanks bong, I have been searching for this. You made our night. I'm going to make it and wash it down with some crown. :)
You are welcome.
Wow, can I order some?
Hello Elissa.! សុំបកប្រែគ្រឿងក្លែមនេះផងបានទេ សូមអរគុណ
Making this today 🤤
I made this again today, I didn't put mine in the oven the first time around. I am going to do that today. Also I didn't add any salt because it's already salty with all the other sauces.
meat glorious meat. thks for the recipe
my flavor dish
Thank you for the delicious recipe, Lisa. It would be nice if you could say how much ingredient you used for this recipe. I enjoyed watching your little children eating the meal. That is a real joy in the family.
Helpful hint: When putting thick sauces or honey in the little bowls, pre-spray the bowls with Pam or any cooking spray. The sauces will slide out of the bowls and there will be no waste. Recipe sounds yummy.
darian roscoe Thank you for the tip.
My aunt made some today and just came home and ate some. Didn't know how to spell it so I had to search it up.
My fob
it seems to be delicious. good housewife
Hi Elissa thank you for very promting reply. This about Phak Lov could you please tell me when you put pig ears & instestines together. Isn't pig ears going be very soft?. Big or small intestines probably took a bit more times then pig ears
Lyna Uch Good point Lyna, remove the ears first when it becomes tender.
i love to cook
Can you give us the amount of each ingredient that we need to put in the mixture? Thanks for share.
kol lonh Hi Kol lonh at the end of the video is the recipe from my cook book.
Love your videos. Can you tell me what kind of soy sauce you used?.. Thank you
+Live Liife I normally use the bottle that is for meat seasoning but any brands will work just.
Thank you Elissa!!
How do u make sticky rice
very easy, clean and soak sweet rice in water for about 4 hours and then steam it for about 30-40 min.
Aww man now I'm HUNGRY
Hi,
I love your recipes but seems to cannot find the measurements. Can you post that please?
Could u tell me what name of sauce u put in after soysouce
Kevin Chai Nyap Hing Hi Kevin, the three black sauces I used were soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and oyster sauce.
Why do you dip it in sauce when it's already marinated (with flavour)?
+Thomas Lee When you eat with vegetables the meat tastes a little plain. The sauce gives different flavor and make it more tasty.
Perhaps my taste buds are more sensitive. It's already full of flavour when I eat the Teo Chow way.
I made it and it was too salty what should I have done?
Add water.
YUMMY DELISCIOUS
how do you make your sauce?
Michael Lee Hi Michael for the yellow sauce. It's 1 cup of fish sauce, 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup lemon juice, and some smashed garlic. The black sauce is just hoisin sauce from the store. The red sauce is my homemade chili paste (there's a video on it) and mix with a little bit of fish sauce. Hope this help.
Thanks a lot! Keep making videos I'm interested on learning how to make khmer food.
Whoa! That some big intestine and I ain't never big ads ear cook like that only see slices.
if there are some English sub better
Nith Oudom thanks I'll try to redo another video in the future.
