I dont get why everyone says its so complicated its just a basic deep half, the added foot switch looks tricky but very simple to rep in isolation and will be easy to get the hang of. Just brilliant

That's the stupidest move ive ever seen!!!, how nice of your opponent to just let you go underneif him from a half guard to a deep half guard and out the other side, then just let you take an arm to arm bar.... just like aikido works in theory until your opponent fights back
