This version of hometown has such a unreal effect on me. Its almost like if I close my eyes Tylers right by me singing. I feel safe and protected, safe from all my fears and thoughts. Its like im alive again. His voice has this unbelievable effect on me that makes me feel peace and calmed down. His voice stopped me from cutting aswell as Joshs drums. Im happy to be alive! I was having a sleepover with my friend on a school night and when I woke up (she was awake before me) I heard this song on her phone and immediately when I heard it I got extremely emotional. I laid there thinking how lucky I am to be on this earth. I thought how lucky we are to these two men in our lives as living angels. Thank you Tyler and josh for saving me, and my best friend. And the whole clique. We are forever great full.

I just listened to this song eyes closed, laying on my bed, no lights on, my dog sleeping next to my legs and headphones on. I felt so safe. I felt like i was in the same room with Tyler. It was snowing outside and it was warm. I felt like i was living in that exact moment. No worries, no stress and no one could do any harm to me. When i opened my eyes and the song end, the reality punched me to the face and i started crying. This song means so so so much to me. It's incredible.

When I first heard this song (the original) I thought It was pretty decent. Then when I heard this, it sparked to me that this song is beautiful and emotional. It's now considered a favorite to me.

Wow, seeing the upload date really blew my mind. It's almost 5 years ago sleepers came out. I remember I was just starting out high school when it came out. Had a lot of memories attached to this from that period. And its all coming back to me. Now i'm in my 2nd year of college, living barely, and barely living. This was a pleasant jolt to the past.

a while back my anxiety was really bad, and during this time the sleepers sessions were slowly coming out. then tøp uploaded this one. i really liked it; it made me feel calm and warm.
so it stuck with me, and i would find myself thinking of it often.
then one day, i was having a massive panic attack and didn't know what to do. i felt incredibly unsafe and like i would try to do something stupid. i tried to think of calming music i could listen to, and this popped into my mind. sure enough, this song calmed me down in ten seconds, and it's been my favorite tøp song since.
I love this song. It somehow reminds me of my childhood. I could listen to this for the rest of my short life. It's so beautiful.

It was the best day of my life. many tears were shed that night as i realised how many fights i have fought already. And i will always continiue fighting. In april i found the love of my life and he is my little light that leads me. Two years ago i commented on this video. This song means so much to me and will always be my song. Last nye i forgot to listen to this song, its the 5th of january and a whole new year is ahead of me. I am so scared. May this year be a year full of positivity. And i will continue to fight.
