Evening all👋, Absolutely delicious Penn. Now.......as a keto version,I infact did something very simular myeslf for that hungry son of mine ,who I kid not would have devoured that whole plate of lamb!!! No carrots or potatoes allowed ,so ditto up till the topping ,which was mashed cauliflower and grated cheese. Yes i too have the depth issue with ninja grill but solved this by just a higher temp and a watchful eye. The heat escape is minimal.....great on a cold day 😃 As ever sincere thanks to you x lovely Steve for brightening our lives x educating on everything kitchen 👍👍💟
@@inthekitchenwithpenn1 yes Penn anything which grows below ground is either a no go or with caution as high in carbs. You can fill your boots with cauli, brocccli, ect that grow above ground. He admitted mum I could never have done this without you as it's not easy....oh and as many peanuts, salted, roasted as you like as a filler....thanks aldi who are his saviour on this diet.Right Penn I will catch up on the next Cheers me dear 😘
Looks lovely! We tend to eat it cold- probably half goes in the dog- but sometimes pop it whole in the foodi's pressure cooker to make pulled meat. I need more Ninjas. You're a bad influence 😁
I have made this and as penn it’s absolutely delicious
Hi Bridget , it's delicious , isn't it ?

Morning Rick ,hope you had a great 4th July . Thank you it is so tasty
Looks lovely. I always fall back to doing either curry or shepherds pie with my left over lamb but I will definitely do this next time. Thank you.

Looks amazin. We really need to buy some lamb xx
Looks lovely, I'd have added black pudding and a few herbs, but that's just my preference.....

Lamb is the 1 meat we don't eat cold .
Me ? A bad influence ? Never !!! I'm as pure as the driven snow 🤣😂🤣😂
Have you ever made meat faggots from scratch? With meat getting so expensive I wonder if the old recipes will be coming back in.
Gem I have but not for donkeys years .
