Diggin it, it does look heavy though! Nice vid Key!
Thanks bro! It is fasho heavy over time
Another Dope video, bro!! 🔥🔥🔥
Thanks bro
Well done Keydrin. I liked your practical approach of useage
Really appreciate it
Another Dope video, bro!!
Really appreciate it
Dope Vid Bro!!! Definitely worth the buy!!
Thanks so much
Amazing video bro KEEP IT UP! NEW SUBSCRIBER
Thank u
Nice, I saw you donning that vest and other gadget, and thought you were suiting up for a 5 man team with pepper fogger!! Nice video and color grading!!
Hahah thanks brother! Appreciate your support
I bought one yesterday, the best tutorial inútil Now os this one
thank you so much! enjoy
Dope video. I also experienced back pain using the thanos pro ii setup. Lowering the rail in the center of the vest to the lowest setting shifts the weight of the gimbal away from your back
Thank you so much! Great tip, definitely will have to try it
What a light flex lol Js matching the whip 🔥
Haha thank u
Nice video. Thank you!!
Thank u
I’m having a balancing issue with my gimbal I use A73 + A7S3 After installing my image transmitter camera keeps falling forwards I you think I need to add more weight to the top? I was wondering if I screw on weight might work as well.
Yes maybe less weight on the bottom and move the pole in and out to complete the balance. It is a pain to balance with lighter cameras
THANKS FOR THE VIDEO.. I buy this but I need help, I have balanced everything perfectly, both the gymbal (crane 3s) and the thanos pro2, but my gymbal vibrates when I use the thanos, can you know what is happening?
Nice video! thanks.
Really appreciate it
Just got my TPII. It's not clear whether it needs to be balanced both horizontally and vertically. I can get it perfect horizontally but if the aim is to have the gimbal turn back to the centre horizontally this then puts it out vertically. Any suggestions? Thanks.
From what i was told the aim is to have it balanced horizontal and if it does fall back up right to the straight position then it should fall slow. It should take 3sec to go back to the upright position saying 1000-1, 1000-2, 1000-3. Hope this helps
@@924PHOTOGRAPHY thanks! Will take another look. Cheers
Hi, I don't understand English very well, could you tell me if you finally recommend it?
Yes, it’s a good system. My back did hurt from long periods of use. As far as smooth footage it’s perfect if you have it setup correctly
why do u have the extension arm on the 3s for larger rigs with a TINY camera??? it'll make the center of gravity better by removing it
Because I like to put my mic on top. When i have it on my crane 2s with the mic on top it doesn’t clear for under slung mode when I’m running my rode mic. Plus this isn’t the only camera i run on the crane 3s. I run the red sometimes.
Maybe the strain you mentioned is caused by the incorrect positioning of the bottom waist buckle? It should grip tightly on your hip bones but looks like it's hugging your lower back.
Nice. We're in the market for one.
You're on a hoverboard so two things: 1) there is no z motion now which defeats the whole point which is to allow you to walk yet eliminate the z-motion; 2) the hoverboard introduced a very robotic panning motion.
It doesn’t in my opinion. A lot of people use it in this manner. In the video i did walk with it. It does smooth out for the most part. Everyone shoots different. Example i have the ronin 4d which has the 4 axis and i still use my Segway. I get smoother pans with me on the Segway and yes the 4d 4 axis works great by itself.
@@924PHOTOGRAPHY Your video and other RUclipsrs show that these Thanos rigs don't work for walking shot as well as the the good old Steadi-cam or even the standard handheld electronic gimbal with ninja walk. Even the Steadicam Steadimate videos (on their site) are jerky and robotic in its motions in the hands of an expert steadicam operator. I know this as I tried all these Thanos arm rigs out for walking shots and went back to handheld with Ninja walk. The hoverboard is a good mitigation but I can do the same without wearing the vest and arm.
The Tilta Float on the other hand (which I haven't tested yet) seems to work best in walking shots for $1400 (see this from Adam Bestboy: ruclips.net/video/PO5AkS9jWq8/видео.html&ab_channel=BestboyAdam). Adam Bestboy puts it to the test with 85mm lens (not the wide 20mm and slow motion that most RUclipsrs use to mitigate the z motion).
Hey Franklin...let's be clear you're the G.O.A.T...your videos is best ever..that's what highly truly professional video is all about..you rocked this one because I can use that insight for my upcoming productions..listen man you're no joke... theses are the kind of videos that help others professionals like us stay in the game...I want to be just like you when I grow up... you're the boss....be bless
Thank you so very much! I truly appreciate it
11.58 amazing footage ! You should start your video with that ! New subscriber !
Truly appreciate it 🙌🏽🙌🏽
GLIDECAM X-10 vs Thanos pro 2 which one is the best
Never use the Glidecam before, so i honestly can’t say.
Will the Thanos 2 work with the DJI RS2?
Yep
I’ll just inspire 2 it out
Not sure if you've changed the vest fitting since. But I'm seeing the waist pad is far too high on you, it should sit directly over your illiac crest, that may explain the discomfort you described 💪🏻
@@CalvinFalk I’ve changed since then, but you are right.
Do u have classes available for photography
I don’t, but I’m working on a ocf masters class, it will be available for $149 mid August. Same thing u would learn in person. I’ll make the announcement on my Instagram
looks good, question ? what segway was used in this video ?
Thank u. Majority of the footage yes
@@924PHOTOGRAPHY what brand is it ? 🧐
Segway-Ninebot
Are you using a wireless monitoring system?
Yes the hollyland Mars300pro for this video
This is so dope fam!! How do you pull focus??
Thank u, for this particular setup i was just using auto focus. But if i needed to i could just hook up my nucleus nano by tilta and i could pull focus right by my monitor
@@924PHOTOGRAPHY That's what's up! I have the Ronin RS2 and trying to find out if the follow focus that comes with it works on this.
I ended up going with the tilta because I got the Ronin RS2
@@924PHOTOGRAPHY you have the tilta and the Thanos?
Lot of bounce in that footage. Two problems I see...one is that damn Crane 3s is heavy as hell. 5.45lbs of poorly distributed weight by itself. I think mine with the pocket weighs in at 13lbs. Two, the Thanos has no side to side adjustment on the counter weights, which is critical for balancing a dynamic gimbal (Tilta went back and added it to the Float system). I ended up going to the Ronin RS2...that three pounds difference is crucial in getting any of these to balance, and eliminates that ass section on the Crane 3s which causes so much drift.
I agree.
@@924PHOTOGRAPHY the quest never ends bro. I’m so tired of spending bread experimenting 😂
Me too. All the time
The Thanos does have side to side adjustment for the counterweights. Might have to order it separately not sure
You filming the Joker?
It hasn’t been that name in a while. Purple Rain baby haha
@@924PHOTOGRAPHY dang!! I'm behind on your posts!
Did anybody notice he's lost weight since the last time he wore the vest?
I sure have. Thank you for noticing
@@924PHOTOGRAPHY did you use the Digital Foto Easyrig? versus og Easyrig? Trying to find out if it's just as good.
Yeah I’m currently using their easy rig with serene. I like that the most
@@924PHOTOGRAPHY did you try the og easyrig? Is the DF spring/serene as good ?
I didn’t try the older one, but yes the serene works very well. I did a video on that one somewhere on my page here
wow, this looked so bad
Thank u appreciate it. That’s what i was going for. 💯
