👍🏾Great video Kareem! I would even go as far as to say that what you put in your body internally as far as food and supplements helps with speeding the Minoxidil process up, at least in my opinion. For breakfast I eat 2 hard boiled eggs with Quaker Oats Old Fashioned Oats that I cook in the microwave for like 3 minute's. Then I add cinnamon, walnuts, Craisins (dried cranberries), honey, and Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk, with a tablespoon of olive oil afterwards. After breakfast you can take a multivitamin like Centrum along with Boron, Omega-3 Fish Oil, Maca, Ashwagandha, L-Arginine, and L-Carnitine at different times of the day. All of these are like fertilizer for your hair follicles to grow inside your body.

That's great to hear man. One thing I noticed other people doing was dyeing their facial hair. Do some research to see the results people got doing that.
I will do the same as you and apply oil/lotion directly after putting my minox and hope it still works. I have a darker skin also so my skin becomes grey once the minox dries

Eron Brown It must be working, have alot of new vellus hair that is starting to become terminal already. Not sure if this slows down the process or just a waste of minox but it is still working for me.

@@ala4362 Yes bro. I've been on Minoxidil (foam) for exactly a month and the results are impressive. My beard was patchy, I did have tiny, transparent hairs all over my beard, but after a month they're growing getting thicker and darker. I apply it during bedtime and wash it off in the morning. Like I said the results are impressive. I have tiny hairs all over my chest, I applied it a couple of times on my chest and noticed they grew, but haven't been consistent on my chest. That's my next mission. Thanks for asking bro.

Yeah, I usually try and use my oils on my hairline but it's not as routine as my beard journey was.

Yeah man. At the moment, i'm only using minoxidil 1 time a week and i'm going to stop using it all together and focus on my oils and keep my beard healthy. I'll have another update video on that.

That’s scalp hair, facial hair is different. Once it’s terminal it’ll stay as the blood supply to it and the DHT supply keeps it going

Do you lotion/moisturize your face? Or when you get out the shower you just apply the minoxidil and oils no lotion or moisturizing...
After I apply the minoxidil, I would just put my oils on. I found when i would lotion my beard, it would leave a residue in my beard. I would lotion my face but not my beard area.

pj tor It's not even around. My chin area has a lot more hair than my cheeks but I usually get it trimmed by a barber.

Probably face dryness, 4 hours on then wash off and moisturize or not seems to be normal strategy
I just started using it before sleeping and so far no problem, no dryness or anything. Now, I'm using the foam one. I've heard/seen videos where some guys say the liquid one dries your skin a lot and that's when you have to use oils, etc. which means more money to spend.

Well it works 4me I'm mixed women oxydol will beard oil Jamaican castor oil vitamin e and black seed oil and strong fast stadium used car wash then I go eat and put the stuff in massage it through ingress it in and leave it like that at least twice a day. 😎✌️🇧🇸👍
