A few small things he didn't mention: 1. Genetics > Health & Diet > Grooming. Genetics determine if you'll grow hair. Good health and diet goes a long way in growing and retaining hair. Grooming takes care of the hair and keeps it moisturized and healthy. 2. Never use a plastic comb on your beard. They have microedges that cut your beard hairs. Wooden combs are the best. 3. Wash your beard at most twice a week with a beard wash. On other days just let water run through it. 4. Heat is not good for your beard. So avoid washing it with hot water. Other than black castor oil, Shea butter also helps with beard growth. Supplements like biotin promotes hair growth.

I love your advice man.❤️
Great information thank you for the video.
Hmm wondering if I should I try this 🤔. I've always wanted a full beard but don't have strong genes and patchy
Literally started this week Sunday as I too have thin and patchy "beard". Derma rolling twice a week with .5mm, and applying twice a day.
Ps. I feel you on wanting a full beard, but if after 2 years this does not perform well.... all good because I do not mind living without one hahaha
Thanks for the video bro !
