For example if your height is 5 ft 3 inch, your ideal body weight is 53 Kg. So eat a minimum of 53 gm and take it up to 106 gm. Choose Lean protein sources, it wont increase your calories

Please humbly request to suggest good whey protein for women who have busy schedule..
I would recommend eating foods which are good sources of lean protein like Fat Free Paneer as they will keep you more full..
Any genuine Protein Powder having 20-25 gms of protein & 120-130 calories will work. And lastly go for Whey Protein rather than Plant based protein.

Fruits,dryfruit missing in diet
Should be take 1 fruit and reduce 1 roti in morning and skip biscuits in evening or morning and take 5-7 pieces of dryfruits.
Dry fruits would be the last on my list when Fat Loss is the Goal because they are too calorie dense
