At camp we open guahogs raw. And clams. Chop save juices. Add to savory stove top stuffing. That's it. Stuff cauhaug shells cover cast iron pan and put on fire with butter and beer for about 30 min remove foil for about 15 min. Unbelievable and easy except opening cauhogs lol
I save the mini pie tins from the grocery store to make these..I'm not about to buy fresh clams in Las Vegas? Those kinda fresh type Seafood items are super expensive just to use the real Shells?🤔 Thanx for the recipe..
